Clean environment, safe area. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I like the cleaning fragrance of this hotel the most, it smells very good. Coffee is available for breakfast and the front desk staff is very friendly.

We were only in Naples for the one night. The hotel is about 15 minutes walk, slightly uphill, from the port. We appreciated not having to deal with getting a taxi. The staff were helpful, rooms clean & beds comfortable. There’s lime scale on the bath fixtures but, again, everything was clean. Naples is gritty looking compared to Rome, but we had no problems.

Rooms had water stains all over the walls like there had been damage that had not been repaired, the bathroom had patchy repairs on the walls like they had slapped spackle on top of screws and the shower was literally on a slope. The outside of the hotel is surrounded by graffiti and people loitering outside who are not staying there. We did not feel safe or comfortable here. They would not give me a manager to speak to, or a name or a phone number to call. ON TOP OF THIS… My husband and I are on our honeymoon and had an emergency at home and had to leave. The front desk showed no care to our situation and promised 3 calls to our room and didn’t deliver once while making us pay for our stay, regardless. Not telling us their cancellation policy and also not caring in any capacity that we were not only on our honeymoon that had to be cut short but also that we had to leave. The front desk staff was very unhelpful and seemed to know nothing. Very unhelpful and overall bad stay.

The hotel is located in the center of Naples, near the Toledo station. As for the reception, there was an awkward little girl, then another person took over who gave us all the information. Average sweet breakfast, while the savory breakfast featured low quality cold cuts and products. In the room there was dust on some surfaces, the cleaners should pay more attention. Prices depend on the period, if they improved in these aspects it would be a hotel with spacious rooms which I would recommend given the location.

Terrible hotel that boasts 4 stars... absurd. First of all, it is very dirty with fabrics on the walls and filthy curtains, plus the bathroom is dilapidated. They don't know what duvet covers are, they use a folded sheet, never seen anything like it. For breakfast you can only have hot water, the rest is passable

Hotel with EXCELLENT location for getting around the city. Very small room but for 2 nights more than enough! Bathroom a little neglected, perhaps with a good descaler the appearance will change! Sufficient breakfast to start the day. Helpful staff We stayed in January 2024
