This was a classy looking hotel right next to the Napoli football team home ground (not sure it it would have been so peaceful on match day). We had a lovely couple of days sightseeing in Naples which was easily reached by the metro just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel a single into the city was €1.50, the trains are regular and super clean, ticket machines offer language choice so the hotel is ideally located as you have the quiet of being outside the city but you can be in the city in 10-15 minutes. Don't get ripped off by taxi drivers, if you want advice on taxi costs speak to the hotel reception they are super helpful and want to help you get the most out of your stay. Rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was continental but had a nice choice of pastries and delicious coffee. If you want bottled water buy it outside the hotel as the minibar water is a bit steep at €3. There is a local restaurant (Ciarly) that is busy with locals - always a good sign, the food is very good, reasonable price and the staff friendly. Also a couple of cafes one that serves very good gelato. All in all a great stay, I would recommend this hotel to friends.

the room paid 370 euros was very dirty. Dust everywhere. Excellent if you are a mite. For others not to be recommended. The staff didn't even offer a discount. Incredibly, our complaint did not provoke the slightest reaction

I stayed for two nights, the room is very large, quite clean, the breakfast is plentiful with typical products of Naples, the location of the hotel is in the stadium area in a beautiful, uncrowded square, the structure is historic and the dining room is truly suggestive

Very convenient hotel for those who have interests in that area (stadium, Naples marathon...) otherwise it doesn't make much sense to stay there. Normal but comfortable rooms, small but clean bathroom, excellent service in both the rooms and reception. The building is too distracting and a little too "cold" as an environment, at times almost a little ghostly (including the breakfast room) but overall I had a good time especially for my needs (the start of the half marathon was 100m away) .

Seismo just returned we stayed for almost a week now Palazzo Esedra our point of reference in Naples Excellent location, service Very good everyone I only remember the name of Michele and Agostino but they are really good the manager and the owner must just be lucky to have found all these guys good service breakfast average but staff always friendly the bar all the same good good good Ciro and Roberta Marra
