I really liked the hotel. Convenient location, close to attractions and the sea, amazing view from the window. Everything is clean and comfortable.

The view from our room was amazing! Very modern apartment with everything you could need. Great location next to a market, restaurants, and close to the port for ferries. Be sure to try pizza at Pizza & Passione (a 10 min walk) for some great Napoli Pizza.

If I could give 100 stars I would. We were very impressed by everything about this Apartment. Mr Massimo was waiting for us on the street and gave us the warmest welcome. The location is absolutely perfect. You can simply walk everywhere from it. Its is very spacious and super clean. We arrived and the sofa bed for out daughter was already made in the living room, the kitchen is fully furnished so you can cook you meals, the bathroom is huge and the shower perfect. We were really impressed by how modern it is and right in the heart of Naples City Center. I could keep writing because the list of plus goes on and there's honestly no negative aspect to this place. Oh, you get free breakfast at the bar in front of the building where they were very friendly too.

Very satisfied with our stay, we were welcomed by the owners and were given instructions on how to access the building. San Martino Apartment was very spacious and had complete amenities (kitchen/microwave, washing machine, Netflix). Owners were also very responsive to whatsapp and address all concerns promptly. Location is great as well, few steps to Toledo and other historical sights

We stayed for two nights April 28-30 in three of their rooms, a double room on the eighth floor with balcony, a small apartment and another double room on the eleventh floor with windows. Clean and bright, quiet rooms, brand new, modern and colorful furnishings. Bathroom with shower, no small feat. In the mini-apartment the kitchen is equipped with a hob, ironing board, brand new pans, oven and washing machine! Very central location, ideal for reaching Via Toledo, the Spanish Quarter, Spanganapoli, the port... all on foot and by metro, taxi rank and also a guarded garage under the building where we left the car and picked it up only to set off again. The owners Massimo and Gennaro are available on the phone at any time, hospitable and kind. The breakfast at the partner bar is also good quality and varied. My children already want to go back!
