No había nadie en la recepción y el checking se hacía online. Casi nos quedamos en la calle porque nadie nos podía abrir hasta que llamé al hotel por teléfono y me hicieron hacer el checking en la calle siendo una zona fea para estar con las maletas y el móvil

Worst hotel I've ever stayed at - horrible service and the manager was very very difficult and unreceptive when we tried to sort an issue after promising to refund if we booked another stay. Lying scammer, and would not recommend this to anyone.

Absolutely horrendous business. We are owed a £600 refund from this hotel for over three months and the management team are abusive in emails to us, or just plain ignore our requests. Do not book this hotel! We stayed once, and needed a refund for one trip - and we can confirm it's a horrendous hotel with awful service throughout.

Hotel pessimo. La reception sempre chiusa. La colazione aveva poche cose e certe vecchie e immangiabili, con bicchieri e posate sporche. La camera aveva la porta del bagno rotta senza serratura, il wc che spruzzava acqua dalla vaschetta e la doccia era difficile fare perché usciva acqua fredda. La pulizia scarsa

Doesn’t have a reception desk, the TV on our room didn’t work, so we made the claim but they didn’t solve. Also, the rooms don’t have mini fridge, so we need to keep our medicines in the kitchen fridge. The cleaning was good, the rooms are spacious for 2 people.

Beautiful views of Naples from the 5th floor. Front desk staff very helpful. Easy short walk from train station.
