Our shower head didn’t work the first night. It was later and they upgraded us to a better room the next morning. Responsive host

Very cost-effective room. The hotel is very close to the train station, less than ten minutes' walk. However, because the room is in a building, I couldn't find it when I first came to the front desk. Fortunately, there was someone downstairs who pointed me to the fourth floor. I found that the rooms are all there. The elevator is an old-fashioned European elevator. The rooms are very high. Compared with some other hotels, they feel more relaxed and less oppressive. There is also a small balcony from which you can cross the train station. You can see Mount Vesuvius in the distance. This time I booked a room with breakfast. You can choose your own breakfast from a list. As long as you can eat it, you can choose a lot of breakfast😁

This hotel is a hotel you should never come back to again. I suggest Ctrip not to recommend this hotel anymore. All the problems you are afraid of in the hotel are here! The hygiene was very poor. There were mosquitoes but there was nothing to help guests get rid of them. I had to go to several stores to buy mosquito spray. The shower room is rudimentary and there is a problem with sewerage. The sound insulation of the room is poor. There is a lot of noise from a bunch of small shops downstairs. It seems to be a gathering place for black people. The room is equipped with very few items. All staff go off work after 8pm, and there is no one to solve any problem. I once again recommend that Ctrip stop recommending this hotel to protect the travel of compatriots.

Overall, it's ok and worth recommending

Our stay here was not good, they never had breakfast provided, and they tried to charge us 12€ for a “Tourist Tax”!!! They didn’t except card, only cash. This was a scam at us to get some extra cash. That’s distasteful.

Google Best hotel from our trip to many places in Italy. While not perfect it was clean, close to Train Station (neighborhood is sketchy but that's not the hotel's fault). Breakfast was cool and the fact they bring it to you for free is amazing. The room was newly renovated, comfy bed l etc...

Beautifully clean, great location for moving around the city being close to the station, metro and tram lines. Great choice for breakfast.

We stayed at Re Diego for one night before departing to Positano. With its convenient location near by the rental car offices and train station was good enough for us 😀

At first thought it was a bit of a trek as I walked up the stairs but what a fantastic place the lady at reception was very nice and I was surprised that breakfast was served in the room it is centrally located.I would definitely recommend the place to anyone

The hotel is located on the fourth floor of an oldbuilding. but the hotel rooms have been renovated and they look very modern. Complimentary breakfast is served in the room which was a perk. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This hotel is very close to the Napoli central st. So easy to take transportations! The room is nice and staff is also kind and helpful.

The stay at Re Diego was great the property was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The hotel was very convenient for boarding trains since it's located across from the central train station. The streets outside of the hotel are dirty, but this not the hotel this is the city.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast delivered to the room on time. Room was well maintained and clean. Nothing negative to note.
