Nel Cuore di Parthenope

Superbe b&b à 2 pas du centre historique. 15min en taxi de l'aeroport 25€), à 30min du port à pieds ainsi que de la gare. Tout est faisable à pieds. Supérette et restaurants en bas de l'immeuble. La chambre est moderne et décorée avec goût, le lit est grand et très confortable. Le plus est le balcon au 12e etage avec une superbe vue sur la ville. Petit déjeuner copieux servi directement dans la chambre. Francesca est accueillante, disponible et très réactive. On pourrait parler du bruit mais o que vous soyez à Naples ca sera le cas, au vu des prestations de ce b&b ca passe au second plan.

Frequento da anni questo b&b e mi sono sempre trovato molto bene: la stanza e biancheria pulite e il personale accogliente. Quest'anno ho anche trovato due piacevoli sorprese: una ristrutturazione che ha reso tutto più nuovo e funzionale e l'arrivo di due nuovi dipendenti, dei quali purtroppo non ricordo il nome. Si tratta di una coppia di giovani indiani gentili e disponibili. È bello svegliarsi la mattina con il sorriso di uno dei due che ti porta in camera un cappuccino caldo e tornare la sera e trovare sul letto una delle opere (un elefante, un cigno, ecc.) fatte a mano dal ragazzo semplicemente arrotolando asciugamani. Tornerò sicuramente e spero di trovare lo stesso personale.

Il B&B più peggiore di sempre. Sporco, puzza, l’acqua calda non esiste come non esistono la RAI-MEDIASET ( la tv è appesa al muro solo per abbellire la stanza ). Le pareti che si sgretolavano solo a guardarle .. 12º piano, prima di arrivarci bisogna percorrere sei corridoi sporchi e gialli uguali a un ospedale abbandonato. MAI PIU.

Ormai veniamo in questa struttura da molto tempoe la Consideriamo Casa..il personale gentile ed educato rende questa struttura situata al 12 piano di via foria dove gode di una vista fantastica su Napoli e sul quartiere sanità un posto tranquillo e centrale, di fronte si ha una delle stazioni della metro e anche un supermercato propio sotto al palazzo stesso, camminando un po’ si arriva al corso propio dove è situata la basilica di S Gennaro.. e a pochi passi ci si trova nel cuore di Napoli cioè via dei tribunali dove c’è tutto.. consiglio vivamente questo posto per alloggiare serenamente in una delle città più belle del mondo!

The B&B was a disappointment on all counts. The building in which it is located is old, it is not historical. The first floor does not have an elevator and you have to walk down a long smelly corridor to get to the elevator and go up to the twelfth floor. The B&B is nothing more than a refurbished accommodation, so only 2 rooms have a bathroom with a window, the others have blind bathrooms with a chemical drain. My husband and I were in room 4. The wall is full of peeling parts, the window closes badly and makes the room very noisy, the bathroom door does not slide well because maybe the wood has swollen. The bathroom is blind and there is no toilet paper holder either. From the sanitary comes a lot of stinks. The loveseat and cushions are uninviting, to say the least. The light next to the bedside table is half detached from the wall, the television remote control is held together with the tape. My children stayed in room 6. Definitely more silent and with a bathroom with a window but paradoxically more smelly than the other. For breakfast, packaged products are provided, industrial cakes, very low quality products considering that everywhere in Naples there are excellent pastry shops or bakeries at ridiculously low prices, they could offer much better products. The rooms are not very clean, there was dust under the bed, the linen is not changed except at the change of guests and, absurdly, the girl who cleans between one guest and the other smokes in the rooms, in fact the smell of smoke is heard and is annoying.

We had a great time, as a first experience in Naples, and to always be redone in your B & b .... Spectacular view .. Sonia & Francesca very kind and professional .... Excellent breakfast in the room. All excellent ..... See you soon ...

Abbiamo scelto questo b&b perché collocato nel centro storico, quindi vicino a molte dele attrazioni di interesse turistico. Inoltre sotto si trova un Carrefour market che sempre comodo. A 10 minuti a piedi si triva la via dei tribunali, zona super consigliata per mangiare a Napoli sia per la pizza (gino Sorbillo) sia per le numerose trattorie. Il b&b si trova al 12esimo piano di un palazzo e ogni camera offre una bellissima vista sulla città. La colazione veniva portata in camera tutte le mattine all'orario richiesto per le normative covid. L'arredamento della stanza era un po' datato e abbastanza pulito. Complessivamente ci siamo trovati bene. Lo consiglio soprattutto per la posizione che è davvero comoda.

Booked for 3 days, escaped to the first. Smells like sewer, brown toilet with noisy garbage disposal, brown stained towels, unbearable stench, dust. We lost 250 euros but it was impossible to stay, I will report.

I stayed with my thirteen year old son for a week at the B&B and we enjoyed it very much. The quality / price ratio is excellent. The convenience for visiting the city is excellent since you turn the corner a few meters from the building and you are in Via Duomo, from there you can access Via Tribunale in a few minutes on foot. The Cavour subway is located in front of the BB and for those who, like us, have reached Naples by train, all these comforts are essential. As for the structure, we initially had a bit of hesitation about the outside of the building because at first we found it a bit "old" but then after having toured the city intensely for a week we noticed that it is so. for most of the buildings. Inside the rooms are very nice, we slept in the "Pulcinella" room with a balcony from which you can see all the roofs of Naples, the view is breathtaking. The room is clean. The breakfast served in the room is simple but sufficient to set you up for the day, the homemade donut very good. Sonia and Francesca very helpful, efficient and courteous. I recommend the BB.
