跟旅社外面那不勒斯城市的混亂不同，內部非常整潔乾淨，給人一種安心的感覺。旅社經營者會熱情友善地向你介紹所有的設施，並準備一些簡單的早餐。有時甚至提供炒飯。比較特別的是，因為老闆有做導遊的工作，如果你向他詢問在那不勒斯旅遊的建議，他會非常有經驗地向你提供所有交通信息，並客觀地建議你的行程是否合理。
旅館比較小，所以限制的地方也還是存在。比如說，要在凌晨一點之前回到旅館；內部沒有空調。對於我來說這不算什麼，因為我也不想半夜被晚歸的人吵醒，並且旅館夜晚的溫度可以忍受。

No vayas a este lugar, no es un hostel, es un piso donde ellos viven que alquilan, el trato muy desagradable aunque me pagarán no volvería. Te tratan mal y no te respetan, están esperando a que hagas algo para enfad**** contigo.

Forced to share a room with men when I specified that I absolutely wanted to sleep in a girls' dormitory. The host did not refund our 6 nights prepaid. What a pity in the 21st century to have our money taken this way, it shouldn't exist.
