The staff was OK and friendly. However, it was not easy to find. There is an elevator on the third floor, but you should always have €0.20 ready for it, otherwise it won't work. The room seemed clean at first, but the bathroom was very dirty. The toilet was broken and the shower was very dirty. There is no wardrobe! We only saw the staff once when we arrived...then never again. It is cleaned and towels are changed. In comparison, it was a bit of a hassle.

The rooms are good to get there just to sleep, it is very central because you are in Piazza Garibaldi but where the property is located at the bottom there are many beggars and people sleeping on the sidewalks

Suitable and clean room for the stay - positive to have the building - b&b - room entrance codes.
As for the location of the b&B it is excellent.
The only flaw is the door to the building which the other owners don't always close.
The police lack control over the people stationed in Piazza Garibaldi in the evening hours.

First, we really love the staff, everybody was very nice and helpfull, and the room was quite good for the price. We had an amazing view on the Vesuve !
But the location next to the train station is a little dangerous, especially during the night. We were a little insecure when we went back at the hotel. We also saw a little cockroach on the bulding, but not inside the appartement. I really believe it's not their fault, it's just the train station district...
And some details in the bathroom can be improved, cause we can't close the shower correctly or sit properly on the toilet seat.
But for the price, it's correct. All the doors can be open with a digital code so you are free to go in and out as you want. And a very friendly staff !
