very disappointed I booked a hotel including breakfast but on arrival we were informed that there was none
elevator yes but paying
very uncomfortable bed
we had to ask for toilet paper
ditto shampoo
clogged sink and shower
extremely noisy environment

Excellent welcome despite the language barrier. Located in the heart of Naples, the room allows you to enjoy the unique and bustling a**osphere. It is better to bring earplugs for people sensitive to noise.

very very disappointed by this choice
I booked with breakfast but upon arrival we were told that there was none
so we had to pay extra to take it outside
very uncomfortable bed (you could feel the springs of the mattress)
clogged sink, we had to ask for toilet paper and shampoo soap
extremely noisy environment fortunately the air conditioning worked

The room was very central very noisy at night
Breakfast was not available as stated they left some buscits and jam
The kettle was full of lime scsle
The room smelled of sewer as thr drsinds did not work properly the water stsyed in the shower and sink
The room was not cleaned in 3 days
The shower head broke the first day and never replaced
It was up 3 flights of stsirs snd the elevstor cist 20 cents a time
