This Resort is 5 star. The views and beach are spectacular, nothing better is Naples. Our room in the Beach House building was awesome. Very roomy, spectacular view of the beach, and completely updated. The staff on the property was very friendly. The front desk person who took care of us was Palak. She was awesome and everyday would greet me by my name. He service truly stood out. The general manager (Carlos Macias), sent us a handwritten welcome card to our room, which was a very nice detail we appreciated. 5 star resort and somewhere we will definitely visit again. Sam is the best server! Service w a smile!!! She’s the best! She kept coming back to help us and even took pics for us and with us. Anyone that has Sam as their server is in excellent hands! I can’t say enough good things about her. Way to go Sam!!!!!!

Great experience at LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort. Our server on the beach, Samoy was wonderful! Very kind and helpful. She took photos of us, recommended cocktails and served us water without us asking. Highly recommend this hotel and if you’re lucky enough to have Samoy as your server, all the better!

Second time coming here and just as great as the first time. The beach service at your chairs is next level. Samoy was a great server and took care of us all day. The food and drinks were all awesome and couldn’t ask for anything more. Recommend this spot to anyone

The LaPlaya is wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, but it’s the employees that really made it special. It’s all about the experience, and Diane Markelon the concierge was outstanding in her helpfulness and making every day feel special. Nickolis at the front desk also was wonderful and helped to make us feel amazing, as well as Sam Grant on the beach who was so welcoming. You are very lucky to have such phenomenal employees. Thanks for the great time. We will be back soon.

The bottom line is this place is just a Great Resort with incredible service! Special shout out to Vinny & Tamar at the tiki bar and beach service, exceptional job! No better place to relax and unwind while the crowds are gone and the weather is still perfect. Go Dawgs!

My wife came to La Playa to enjoy a short weekend getaway to La Playa. All the staff have made our trip this weekend special. They are so attentive and professional. I have three folks that really stood out to us, Samoy, Cornell and my valet guy, Andrew.

Samoy was the absolute best!!! She made our day so lovely and was so attentive to us!!!! We will definitely be back! We spent the day at the beach and she checked on us all day. The food was delicious and the drinks were even better. 10/10 beach service.
