I picked this location as I arrived from palermo via airport and needed to leave naples via train - its literally a 5 min walk away from the fast trains super accessible ! The staff was also very helpful whenever needed. I highly recommend the breakfast it was 6 euros more and so worth it! An italian breakfast is so amazing and they serve it well I looked forward to it every morning. Also a block away from a whole line if restaurants for dinner or lunch. Perfect location

Located about a 15-minute walk from Naples Central Station, it has excellent access to Metro Line 1. The rail access to Pompeii is also good. Breakfast is not awkward because of the high prices.

Very nice hotel located along the water. Balconies face the waterfront with a couple chairs and a table on each balcony. Large, well-appointed rooms. Huge breakfast buffet with waitstaff available to get specialty coffee drinks made to order. Large hotel that often has conferences, so reception area can be very busy. Reception staff not very friendly, but breakfast staff were very helpful. Easy walk to restaurants.

The sewer was clogged, the room contained garbage left by the previous guest, and early in the morning the cleaning staff spoke loudly in the corridor.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo ottimo hotel a Napoli, nella zona tra Agnano e Bagnoli. Soggiorno veramente stupendo sotto tutti gli aspetti: L'arrivo e' stato il primo step molto positivo,essere accolti con il sorriso e la gentilezza e' una gran carta di presentazione dell'ospitalità. La camera abbastanza spaziosa, accogliente e soprattutto pulita, la colazione di alta qualità e per tutti i gusti, colazione sia che si preferisca il dolce che il salato....il caffè e i cappuccini strepitosi. Lo staff e' altamente professionale, disponibile e assolutamente cortese. La posizione strategica del Nuvo', trovandosi a pochi passi dalla ferrovia Cumana e vicinissima alla metropolitana,lo rende un punto di riferimento per visitare Napoli e dintorni. E stata veramente una bella esperienza, lo consigliamo vivamente a tutti.....che dire provare per credere. Sicuramente ci riserveremo una prossima occasione. Fantastic hotel, lovely breakfast and very kind staff. Pros: eco & power-saving, air con in rooms, beds extremely comfortable, delicious breakfast with plenty of choice, rooms always clean and tidy, reasonable location not too far from centre Cons: very poor tap design, bathroom a little tired and could do with an upgrade, room wasn’t quite ready on time, would prefer breakfast to be a buffet & just help yourself, a smart TV would be beneficial for tourists to access Netflix etc. couldn’t find the wellness centre The cons however didn’t impact our stay enough to mark it down at all. 5 out of 5

It is a nice hotel, with convenient transportation, free parking, good breakfast, and warm hospitality. The hotel is also clean and quiet. It is convenient for eating and shopping around. I will come back next time.

Looking to do some sight-seeing in southern Italy near Napoli? Hotel Puntaquattroventi fit the bill perfectly. We were two families of four. We have four boys between us (ages 8 - 15). We were traveling to Napoli & to Pompeii so Ercolano was perfectly positioned in-between the two. Here are the highlights: - The Parking: Included and very accessible. I don’t recall there being a valet but it was steps from the front door in a gated lot. If you have a car, you just pull right in on arrival. - The Rooms: For a family of four, it was good because we could get two queen sized beds and a large bathroom with a balcony overlooking the ocean. One thing to note here: the rooms, as is the entire hotel, were a bit dated. I’d describe it as a very well kept 1980s Miami vibe. Ultimately, every thing was clean and comfortable. - The Pools: There are two salt water pools (one indoor and one out). The indoor pool is olympic sized. Also note the the facilities are used by the community. I think there is a local swim team that practices there but it was never a problem. It sort of added to the atmosphere because the place was all inclusive but you were still around locals. My kids are swimmers and it kept them amused our entire stay. - The Beach: The beach was steps from the outdoor pool. You have to walk down some stair, but it is passable. The beach is a quintessential Naopolitan beach. It’s rocky but they had ample lounge chairs and umbrellas. They even had a covered lanai to get out of the sun. (Both the pool and the beach are almost a must if you are doing a walking tour of Pompeii in July.) - The Food: The breakfast was a buffet and included in our room fee. It was both savory & sweet with pastry & cured meats. Fantastic. The restaurant was great for dinner. All dining areas are on outdoor balconies and have amazing waterfront views. There is also a full service snack bar by the pool that is reasonably priced. Truthfully, we stayed there for four nights and barely eat off the grounds during that time. - The Staff: Knowledgable & courteous (i.e. - They suffered through my very poor Italian but also spoke English when needed : ) - The Price: Considering all it included, it was very reasonable. Ultimately, I decided to write this review months later because I keep thinking back to how amazing it was. I’ve been to Italy several times both alone & to visit my Italian family. This was the perfect place to build in some R & R on a trip that was very busy. I would definitely go there again.

Amazing views of the Bay of Pozzuoli and the Isle of Capri, comfortable rooms and incredible staff! We recently moved to Italy for my husband's job and we have been staying at this hotel while we search for a home. We enjoy the daily breakfast buffet which has a wide variety of choices such as pastries, meats, cheeses and eggs to a variety of coffees and juices. In the evening, we enjoy aperitivo time and then dinner in the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff is always friendly, kind and very accommodating. Restaurant staff such as Jennifer and Hugo greet us with kindness, professionalism and respect. They anticipate our needs before we even express to them what our needs are, and they always have a big smile on their faces when we enter. It feels good after a long day to be greeted by them! The Chef prepares fresh and delicious food, and we look forward to seeing what will be on the menu that evening as the menu changes daily. Lastly, the staff who service our room do an impeccable job! The hotel always shines, and they are also very accommodating to our needs. We will miss everyone greatly when we finally ”move” out into our new home. I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay, and it is in a great location between Naples and downtown Pozzuoli.
