Goed hotel, was rekening gehouden met onze wens voor een kamer met inloop douche. De kamer heeft wel een renovatie nodig, smerig tapijt. Ontbijt was OK. Er zou een oplaad mogelijkheid zijn voor elektrische c.q. hybride auto's, helaas de uitgebreide hoeveelheid laadpalen waren alleen voor Tesla's.

Avions réservé pour une nuitée. A notre arrivée dans l'après-midi, nous avons été informés que, malheureusement, il n'y avait plus d'eau dans l'hôtel, suite à une rupture de canalisation, mais les réparateurs étaient sur place. Nous avons donc pris possession de notre chambre, spacieuse et propre. Après plusieurs appels à la réception au fil du temps, le problème n'était toujours pas résolu. Vers 22 H, il nous a été proposé un "plan B", à savoir nous installer dans l'hôtel IBIS juste en face, à leurs frais, afin de ne pas nous laisser sans eau. Nous avons apprécié qu'une solution soit prise pour nous, ainsi que la gentillesse, le professionnalisme de tout le personnel, notamment de Gaël, le responsable restauration, qui nous a offert le petit déjeuner lorsque nous sommes revenus le lendemain matin, pour s'excuser de ce désagrément. Merci à toute l'équipe d'avoir su transformer un naufrage en sauvetage et nous permettre d'apprécier, malgré tout, notre séjour. Nous reviendrons.

Très bon séjour. Hôtel propre, personnel sympathique. L’hôtel est dans une zone. Faut prendre la voiture pour aller au centre. Mais à pied pour les grands buffets

Chambre vétuste. literie à revoir, moquette tachées, baignoire vieillotte, accès au WC, étroits, l accueil est au top. Nous avions réservé deux nuits nous avons annulé la deuxième nuit le matin même et à la réception ils n y à eu aucun soucis merci. cette hôtel se situe dans une zone industrielle à 5 minutes en voiture ou 15 minutes à pied des grands buffets.

Super accueil de la part de la réception, cependant du jamais vu au service de petit déjeuner!
Premièrement on nous informe lors de notre check-in que le petit déjeuner est ouvert jusqu’à 11h le week-end. Nous sommes arrivés à 10:20, déjà personne pour nous accueillir, le bonjour aux clients doit également être sur demande et le buffet commençait à être débarrassé déjà.
Deuxièmement :
Mon épouse étant allergique au lactose je pose naturellement la question si les œufs brouillés ont du lait ou de la crème ? La réponse du service oui. Je demande donc s’ils peuvent en faire un peu sans produits laitiers ou une omelette. La réponse c’était vous avez des œufs devant vous avec une plaque chauffante vous pouvez les faire vous même si vous voulez (du jamais vu dans un 4 étoiles).
Étant un ancien de chez Accor j’ai vu par mes yeux que le respect des standards de service n’est à aucun moment respecté.
