Zenitude Hôtel-Résidences Narbonne Centre
"Clean hotel at a reasonable price"
Hôtel le Mosaïque
"The service was absolutely amazing. We were at a pop-up restaurant by a Ukrainian chef and it was sooooo good. I would honestly recommend this place 10,000 times over."
Kyriad ECO - Narbonne Sud
"Excellent! The hotel is well-located and the breakfast is fantastic. I highly recommend it 100%. Thank you."
B&B Hotel Narbonne 1
"Ideally located if you want to go to the large buffet in Narbonne, comfortable bed, slight unpleasant smell of worn carpet in the corridor and quite noisy with the windows open because of the motorway next door, but it remains very reasonable in terms of value for money!"
Hôtel de Paris
Novotel Narbonne Sud
"The front desk service at this hotel is great. The middle-aged gentleman is really meticulous and kind."
B&B HOTEL Narbonne 2
"It's clean and nice~ However, if you go too late, it's a bit difficult to check in ㅠㅠ Highly recommended for the price!"
Ibis Budget Narbonne Est
"The room is not bad, very convenient"
Ibis Budget Narbonne Sud A9/A61
"Everything was ok! Decent breakfast, limited service but good"

Chateau L Hospitalet Wine Resort and Spa
"We booked this stay many months in advance as a 2 night country retreat between city breaks. The welcome email about a week before arrival advised us that their Michelin starred restaurant was fully booked for the duration of our stay. It would have been useful to have known this might be an issue. They did, however, ask us to advise them of our arrival time which we said would be 3pm. We arrived as expected to be told the room would not be available until 4.00, normal check in time. The time we spent hanging around could have been usefully spent being introduced to the estate, but it was not. In the main most staff seemed to have far more interesting things to do than look after guests. When we finally got into the room it was very nice, as was dinner at the beach that evening. During our stay the chateau was very busy preparing for a big weekend. A huge semi permanent marquee was being constructed and the place was overrun with construction workers who used the pool washroom facilities and had lunch in the soft seating areas. The strong feeling was that the guests there at the time were a distant second priority to the upcoming wedding. The marquee construction was in front of the pool and there was zero acknowledgment that some people we’re trying to enjoy a quiet time. There were numerous examples of lack of attention to detail expected of a five star hotel and generally little evidence of management on the ground. At no time over 2 days did anyone come down to the pool area just to make sure everything was ok and at no time did anyone enquire as to whether we we’re having a good stay. Two positive notes to finish on. The barman in the jazz bar was delightful and we were presented with some lovely wine as an apology for the delay in getting into our room. A nice gesture which was thoughtful but not thought through (we are flying back to UK with little spare baggage allowance). Takeaways. The basis for an excellent resort is there but management needs to pay attention to the little things and engage with guests at the time when things go wrong. No doubt the response will be “why didn’t you tell us”. The answer is it’s your job to check. I never normally give bad reviews so I hope this is useful to the hotel and prospective guests."
Chambres d'hôtes Domaine de Beaupré
"Excellent from the beginning to the end. Excellent home. Perfect location. Nickel room. Fantastic breakfast included. Convivial owner. Moderate price. To discover. Thanks for this beautiful evening and morning."
Les Grandes Bleues 2
"Everything is beautifully clean. The kitchen is top furnished. Beautiful furniture. Had this apartment also 2021. It was very satisfied."
Ile du Gua Suites
"It really isn’t a 4 star hotel. Maybe 3, but that’s a stretch too. Needs total renovation. It was fine enough for one night. It was clean & staff was very nice. Breakfast uninspired. We had asked our travel agent for 4 but preferably 5 star hotel. So it was a disappointment."
Hotel de France
"Fantastic hotel. Very confortable, charming decorations and terrace, wonderful petit-déjeuner with artisanal jams and juice selections, friendly and welcoming service, quiet and a great location for visiting Narbonne. I will return!"
La Maison Gustave
"Maison Gustave is in a great location, across from the Cathedral gardens and a 5-10 min walk to the center of town. The room was large and bed comfortable with a nice modern bath. The stair is narrow and spiral, so don’t bring a large suitcase! Breakfast is nice, with yogurt, cheese, meat, jam and butter provided in the mini-fridge in your room. Fresh pastries are left in the reception area with your room name on the basket. The downside is that there is no place to unpack your clothes ( we were there for five nights), except for the little desk where I put my packing cubes. Otherwise you are digging out of your suitcase. Also there was no person on site for questions or suggestions. Check-in was by phone, and we only saw the housekeeping staff a few times. I would have liked a more personal touch."
Fasthotel Narbonne
"Value for money 👍👍👍 impeccable bedding, welcome, really nothing to complain about, the person manages his establishment perfectly, perfect all-you-can-eat breakfast, I repeat, value for money, impeccable location compared to the big buffets in Narbonne"
Hôtel le C - Boutique Hôtel
"quite new and have style, i didn't expect that, reception friendly and helpful. room small but have most what i want location good Will stay here again"
Logis Hotel de La Clape
"Arrived early afternoon and managed to find a parking spot. Not many there and you have to be lucky I think. Good welcome by owner who took us to our room. Smallish bedroom, but comfortable. Shower was excellent. Large space with good flow. Adequate size bathroom. Only had coffee at breakfast, but buffet looked good. I know it is only a 3star hotel, but as people on beach mostly, I would have liked a safe in my room. Would definitely stay again if we visit this area again. Swimming pool a bonus although too cold for our aged bones!"
Château Capitoul
"We stayed a night here, did a wonderful private wine tasting to start, very knowledgeable, spoke English well and great wine. Spent a few hours in their spa area - nice pool and hot tub and sauna to relax. Had a tasty steak dinner at the restaurant on site and similarly great breakfast there. Room was beautiful tucked up in attic. Great service, very luxurious, lovely location"
Villa Ambrosia
"It is the second time we have stayed here- and it won't be the lates! It is tucked diwn a quiet street with private oarking - just 10 minutes walk from the cathedral. There is always a warm welcome. The rooms are colourful and artistically decorated. We stayed in a deluxe room this time that had its own garden terrace. It was soacious and comfortable with a large bed and great shower. There are lots of sitting areas in the communal garden. Breakfast is really good too with generous amounts to enjoy- a great place to stay!."
