Fidèles clients Ibis, nous avons été plutôt déçus par celui-ci . L'isolation phonique des chambres est loin d'être optimale. La salle du petit-déjeuner aurait besoin d'être rénovée. Certes le prix n'est pas trop élevé, mais cela ne vaut pas plus cher.

Nous avons passé une nuit dans cet hôtel. Accueil correct, nous avions demandé une chambre au calme et nous nous sommes retrouvés du côté autoroute; pas de soucis car l'hôtel est bien insonorisé. Chambre et salle de bain conforme au standard IBIS.

Quel dommage que l’équipe de l’après midi et du soir ne soit pas du même niveau que l’équipe du matin. Si je mets 2 étoiles sur 5 possibles c’est uniquement pour remercier et féliciter les 2 employées qui officient le matin au moment du petit déjeuner. Sourire, gentillesse, disponibilité. L’équipe de l’après midi et du soir devrait s’en inspirer… Que c’est désagréable d’avoir l’impression de déranger le personnel quand on s’adresse à lui… Des réponses laconiques et cinglantes, de la condescendance… Pas de sourire, pas de politesse. C’est regrettable Les chambres ont vraiment besoin d’être refaites. La salle de bain est un modèle qui a plus de 15 ans chez ibis ! Une mise à jour s’impose ! Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel.
