Great location, price, and service. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's easy walking distance to the train station, where there are lots of restaurants, and it's right around the corner from a Lawson convenience store. The room was very comfortable. We stayed overnight inbetween flights and had a great evening in town before getting a good night's sleep and heading out in the morning for our domestic connection. It was such a lovely start to our holiday. They also have an airport shuttle bus that the staff said takes about 40 minutes, but the train is only 10 minutes so we took that instead for fun.

Great service, price was great considering I booked a week prior. Location wasn’t the worst but the road noise was there (I was on floor 4) so can’t be too mad. Everything was in walking distance. Would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Narita Center 2 hotel. It has a great location, good price, great staff and amenities, as well as super clean. We also really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast! We would certainly book again!

The hotel location is near the airport. For me, this is a plus factor. I am not happy on the free shuttle service because the staff declined my request despite the shuttle bus is not fully loaded. We ended up walking from the hotel to the train station.
