"12/12/25
We booked this hotel due to our flight was cancelled. It’s very affordable considering a free shuttle bus is provided to and fro Narita Airport Terminal 1-3. Also they provide free shuttle bus to the city train station. For approximate USD 50-60 / night I would say it’s a great bargain. Although the room I booked it’s kinda dated and looks all, the bed was comfy but the pillow kinda small in size and can be improved. Room service can be improved too as we waited for 30mins after our first call to request for an additional pillow and we needed to call again. There’s a bath tub which surprised me for the room cost. The hotel amenities are great and surroundings are zen and beautiful. Overall it’s a good stay and a great bargain for what I paid."
"The new and old buildings are right next to each other, and the hotel is very close to the airport. There's a dedicated Toyoko Inn shuttle bus with frequent service. Even though it's right by the airport, separated by just a wall, it's surprisingly quiet in the rooms. The only restaurant around seems to be a Yoshinoya, so dining options are a bit limited."
"For us the hotel was grea and clean. Near the temple, close to the supermarket, 15min from the station on foot. Free shuttle bus provided, but you need to book 3 days in advance. First bus is at 5.30"
"Had a great stay here and a wonderful overall experience. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. I booked this hotel to relax for two days, and it was perfect for that. The rooms are a bit outdated, but they’re clean and comfortable. The location is a little far from the city, but the free hourly shuttle buses to both the airport and downtown definitely make up for it. The food in the restaurants is good, and the hotel also has a gym and spa, which is great."
"The front desk service at the hotel was decent; a gentleman with glasses thoughtfully asked if I preferred service in Japanese or English. After checking in, he kindly reminded me to pick up disposable toiletries in the lobby. However, the twin room in the West Wing wasn't as large as I'd imagined. Still, for a hotel in the Tokyo area, the room size is actually above average, and I could easily lay out a large suitcase. It's clean and comfortable, making it perfect for a temporary layover. For a longer stay, though, the location is a bit too remote and inconvenient for getting around. The hotel is indeed right next to Narita Terminal 3, but walking there isn't straightforward due to the winding roads. I'd recommend waiting for the hotel shuttle bus at stop 25 outside T2 or stop 16 at T1; the bus schedule is posted, and the bus itself will have 'Tobu Hotel' written on the side."
"The hotel is very close to the airport, about a 15-minute walk. There's a free shuttle bus that starts as early as 4 AM. After dropping off our luggage, we took the shuttle to the airport and then another bus to the outlet mall. It was convenient, but my only complaint is that the front desk staff was very cold towards Chinese guests while being incredibly friendly to Europeans, which really annoyed me. I won't be staying here again. The room was spacious for Japanese standards, but breakfast was very mediocre."
"The hotel's location is quite convenient, with many buses running to and from Narita Airport. For those on a tight schedule, you can drop off your luggage at the hotel directly after arriving at the airport in the morning. The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained, the front desk staff are very enthusiastic, and the breakfast is good."
"This hotel offers convenient and comfortable accommodation with excellent transportation links. The airport shuttle service is very handy, and there are plenty of shopping options nearby. It's definitely a great place to consider staying if you're looking for a hotel close to the airport."
"It is really a great hotel at and an affordable rate. If you have a flight the next morning or have an over-night layover it is perfect. The rooms are clean and the room amenities include slippers, a robe, toiletries, and a kettle. The breakfast is decent. The front desk is helpful. They used to have an onsite onsen but not anymore which is why I took a star off for their facilities. There is a 7-11 downstairs. They are near parks and a nice shrine. The airport shuttle is convenient. This was our second time staying here and we would stay again if we had a layover or an early flight just for the convenience."
"I booked this hotel quite early, so the price was pretty reasonable. Its location is near the airport, or more precisely, it's situated between the airport and Narita JR Station. There's a shuttle bus service, which makes it fairly convenient. Although I was mentally prepared for the hotel's outdated facilities, my actual stay revealed that the most significant concern might be its cleanliness.
On the plus side, it's rare to find a hotel with a gym, especially one as spacious as this, likely due to its Narita location. The hotel also features a small Japanese garden, and I particularly enjoyed watching the koi carp in the pond; they were all plump and adorable."

Amazing
SSusan ChangThis is the 1st time I stay at tiny home type of hotel, surprisingly the room is very clean and comfortable. They provide free water, beer and snacks (frozen food and cup noodles), it’s a plus. There are laundry machines on site, very convenient for the travelers. They also provide free airport drop off but need to make a reservation. Only disadvantage is without a car, it’s hard to get around the area. If I come the area again, I definitely will stay here again.
GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is convenient, the rooms are clean and tidy, the price is cheaper than other hotels, and the price-performance ratio is very high. My family was very happy to stay. The room has a bathtub, which is very nice!
GGuest UserThe check-in is done online (you will recieve am email) so you need to keep that in mind.
The JR station is close enough (only a few minutes, less than 5') and you have some kind of bar right next to the guesthouse.
Clean and cozy place, beds are closed with a curtain and the male/female spaces are clearly indicated
You shall take your shoes off and wear the provided flipflops to walk around.
JJapanese whiteI stayed at Hotel R9 the Yard at Narita Airport.
It's a few minutes' walk from the Jyutaku-Iriguchi bus stop at Narita Airport.
Great location.
I went alone, and I felt that it was a comfortable space that took advantage of the local characteristics, and a high-quality container hotel.
It had a new building feel, and was the hotel for me.
The best point was the price compared to how new it was.
I was quite surprised that I paid with leftover coins and it was only around 4,000 yen.
It's new, so I have no complaints.
There were no particular drawbacks, and there's not much I can say other than that I was surprised.
I didn't notice it at first, but I thought it was a great value hotel.
There were no strange noises, and although there was the sound of airplanes, it was quiet at night and was fine.
I'm out and about, so I'd like to introduce more in my next review.
I think you'll understand if you look at the photos.
DDapengTokyoVery good, intimate, it is a little far away, but it is very close to Narita Airport, in fact, it is OK, eating around is OK, there is cheap, other hotels are very expensive
