There is a free shuttle bus from Narita Airport to the Hotel at night (21:45 as an example).
The Lawson at the 1st floor is super convenience for the guests.
Location is good, the room is clean and full of amenities.

位置很好，T2T3T1都有接送，落地T3走過去更近，因為巴士繞一大圈，酒店很乾凈，啥都有，樓下有便利店，洗漱用品化粧品大堂有，pola的，好用

The hotel is located really close to the airport and it offers a shuttle bus to go there for free, which is really convenient. The staff is friendly and helpful
In terms of quietness, while one cannot hear many noises from outside, room ventilation is extremely loud making it difficult to sleep. Surprisingly, for comfort and sleep quality it would have been better to stay in Tokyo. The price difference would be minimal.

I love this hotel very convenient in going to and from Narita airport. There is always a shuttle service and the front desk is very helpful. There is also a convenience store( Lawson) where you can buy foods, drinks and even souvenirs. The bed is comfortable and big enough for one.. There is refrigerator, slippers, hairdryer clean towel and toiletries is abundant.
All in all I rate Toyoko inn 10/10 for the price, location to the airport, helpful staff, and hotel cleanliness.
Highly recommended.

The shuttle was super convenient, as well as having a Lawson on the main floor! The mattresses and pillows were a bit too hard for my preference, but the duvet was very plush. The bathroom reminded me of a spacious RV bathroom; however, it was clean and functional. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The highlight was the complimentary breakfast. What a selection of all-you-can-eat breakfast! I’d stay here again for the great value.

It’s amazing how the hotel processes the huge amount of guests. Everything is highly organized. Automated process is largely used. Even the piano at lobby can play by itself. The room was large and cozy. We will definitely consider this for our next trip.
