The hotel is suitable for guests who are in transit, catching an early flight, and for group tours with travel agencies. It is about 20 minutes by car from Narita Airport. The rooms are large and the facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is still good. The surrounding is very quiet, and there is a convenience store in the lobby. The hotel has a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at Narita Airport Terminals 1 and 2. When you arrive at Terminal 1, cross the road and turn right to the pick-up point (No. 16 and all hotels stop here to pick up guests). It is very convenient. Not a bad stay for what is essentially just an airport hotel.
Has a shuttle to airport with departures every hour.
Rooms clean. Breakfast good.
A small shrine within walking distance was a great way to start the day.
Garden in the back is nice.
There is a 7/11 in the lobby which is great for grabbing snacks.

The sanitation needs to be improved. There was a hair on the pillow that was not cleaned up. I put up with it because I thought I would just sleep there for one night and catch a flight early the next morning. But there was also a hair on the other pillow... There were stains on the sheets... And because I didn't know much about online booking, I found out after booking that it was not that close to the airport. But there is a bus that can take you to the airport, and the bus ride to the airport is 30 minutes.

The room was not that spacious than I expected, but it was comfortable to stay. Very clean tidy room.
One thing I was not satisfied was the reception.
I was waiting for a receptionist coming to “check-in”counter, but staffs assisted people who were not in a line for “check-in” first and I was really confused.
It took me 15-20min to get a key for my room.
I was really tired at that time. I know staffs are busy but it needs to be improved.
Overall, it was a good stay. Thank you.
