It was very helpful to be able to make a reservation on the same day, but the Wi-Fi didn't work. There were only two outlets in the room, one of which was broken. The staff were very friendly and it was nice to be able to see the planes from the room.

Except for the fact that it is close to Narita Airport and has a shuttle bus, everything else is really bad. I spent 4800JPY to upgrade to a twin room, but there was not even bottled mineral water. The second most disgusting thing was that I found two hairs when I lifted the quilt. I guess the sheets were not changed. I checked in too late and was too lazy to contact the front desk to complain for one night. Anyway, I will not stay in this hotel again in the future.
