Chain stores, sanitation is OK, breakfast is OK, the only thing is that there is hair on the bed, I don't know if it hasn't been changed or it has been replaced with hair

Our group of 9 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Very polite and courteous front office. Best of all the free shuttle to and from the hotel. You have to call to book it and they take you anywhere within 4 miles. So even though the hotel is not in the heart of down town the shuttles takes you there.

Great stay.Comfy room and bed. Quiet. Super clean. Abundant towels and toiletries. Respectful and competent check in and out. Evening desk clerk was fantastic. Breakfast filling and appreciated. Coffee hot. Loved the upbeat decor. The parking was convenient but had to pay.. Stay here. We will again!

Many nice features. This is a nice hotel. PROS - updated, clean, friendly desk staff (handled a small issue very quickly), welcome bag with bottled water and snack given to us, very good housekeeping staff (freshened our room every morning), free shuttle service that runs 4 miles in any direction to hotel (about 10 minutes to Broadway with very nice drivers), nice room, very nice bathroom and shower. CONS - We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast. We stay at Fairfields all the time. Waffle maker not working for 3 days. Tables not wiped down in the eating area, no fresh fruit.

Very clean room with comfortable bed. Great walk in shower & fully stocked with soap & shampoo. Breakfast was good, staff was friendly & helpful. Many restaurants nearby. Many amenities although I didn’t have time to use them. Overall, very good stay.

I would give 0 stars, but it makes you at least choose 1. The stay started out great until I went to bed. After getting to bed around 12:00am, I was awoken at 2:30am by the garbage truck banging the dumpster around for 20 minutes followed by the room above us stomping around on the floor until 4:15am. I went to the front desk around 3:30am to complain about the room above us and they told me they had just checked in but didn't seem to do anything about it. When we went to check out in the morning I again brought up the fact that I had been up since 2:30am because of all the noise from above our room and the only response I got from them was "Thanks and have a safe trip". No apologies, offer to discount or anything else. They could care less that I had no sleep and was hitting the road to drive.

I needed to edit my original booking for lesser days. The site would not allow for editing, yet there was an option to edit or cancel. When I went to make a new reservation, the rate was not the same but higher. Upon our arrival, the manager gladly gave us the original rate and gave us a complimentary gift bag of goodies (benefits of being a Marriot Bonvoy member!) She had also warned us that there was a very large crowd that would be in the breakfast area the next morning, but should be cleared by 8:30. She wasn't kidding. But everything went smoothly, the area was clean and there was still plenty of the delishous comp breakfast available. Comfortable beds, clean room, great service. Would stay again and would recommend

some confusion at the beginning supposedly my card was not accepted and then they recognized that they had done something wrong. in short very clean good service
