From the receptionists to the restaurant staff, everyone was friendly and approachable. They were always ready to assist in any way possible to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were top-notch, and I appreciated the little touches such as the complimentary toiletries, fresh towels, and the comfortable bed. The food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious, and I was impressed by the wide variety of dishes available. The quality of the food was excellent, and the presentation was impressive. Im staying here for my 14 days quarantine. The room is quite good, food is served with a little amount of viand. And the worst is their internet connection! I’ve been calling their attention (calling at FO and even message them in their social media) but it seems theres nothing to fix it. In my case, I needed the internet for my work since I have to answer emails and attend some zoom meetings, also my mobile has a weak signal also in this place. I am a hotelier too and I have a knowledge whenever theres a concern in each department. But here it seems theres a a little unfair, please treat guests in equal for handling requests and concerns not because we are here for quarantine and the govt paid for the accommodation. I feel also this kind of situation at your side, but please dont feel to us that you didnt even listen to my/our concerns.

Ctrip should classify this residence as a folk custom rather than a hotel, the configuration is relatively poor, and the air conditioner is very loud. Most importantly there is no hot water. The adjacent sea water is dirty, and there are no water tourism projects like Thailand, which is a pity. The price of this accommodation is high and unreasonable.

We have personally furnished the place for a very comfortable stay with a king size bed, huge sofa bed that can sleep 3-4 people and two double sized futon bed. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking with a cooking range with oven, 3 burner stove and 1 heated plate. Microwave, toaster, kettle, dolce de gusto coffee machine, refrigerator, blender, rice cooker and an electric griddle for some bbq by the balcony. We have pots and pans and complete dining utensils as well. Mineral water is provided, tissue, linens and towels, all else like toiletries will be from guests personal stuff. There is wifi, tv cable channels and netflix available if you just want to spend a lazy day inside your vacation home.
