Esse é um daqueles hotéis fora da curva. Que ficam gravados na memória. Em primeiro lugar pela arquitetura e estilo. Era um antigo frigorífico de ovelhas na região da Patagônia chilena. Na reforma eles mantiveram toda a história e equipamentos do antigo frigorífico.
Quartos maravilhosos com vista imensa para o lago. Decoração perfeita e muito confortável.
Restaurante é outro destaque. Cozinha maravilhosa, gourmet e atendimento do pessoal de salão é impecável. Café da manhã perfeito. Se tem um ponto que eu poderia sugerir é melhorar um pouco mais a carta de vinhos, pois o Chile tem tantas opções de vinícolas e vinhos maravilhosos que achei a carta de vinhos do restaurante um pouco desalinhada com o potencial do Chile. Mas nada que comprometa o conjunto.

What a great location. In a way you sleep in a museum. All rooms have a great view. Really nice restored and you feel the history. The restaurant and also the bar looks really nice, large fire. It is wise to take your jacket when going from your room to the dinner place, it is on the way a bit cold, I can image the space in between is not heated as that is the museum. I love the heated floor in the bath room. only I missed that when I had to use the toilet. In there the floor is not heated. But large and beautiful bathroom

Hotel de 5 estrellas sin embargo la atención deja mucho que desear. Los garzones siempre con mala disposición, poco amables y groseros. Éramos un grupo muy grande, la mayoría de nosotros quedamos desilusionados de la mala atención del personal del restaurante. La comida del restaurante en general fue mala y los precios insólitos. Los barman se apreciaban de mal humor por estar a las 11 de la noche ahí en vez de no haber podido irse antes. El valor de la piscola subió a $18.000 pesos por ser esa hora. Por otro lado, al bajar al SPA, la piscina ¨temperada¨ estaba fría. La recepcionista del SPA contestaba con monosílabos y de muy mala manera, con mi grupo de amigas quedamos con muy mala sensación. El servicio de mucamas estuvo muy bien, muy educadas y amables. Segunda vez que iba al hotel y la verdad es que no pienso volver más.

Hotel simplemente increible, pero además de su perfecta conjunción entre pasado y modernidad, es la gente y el personal que atienden, que lo hacen una estadia única e inolvidable, sin dudas volveré. Excellent and unique experience. The staff operates at a top level and will be sure that your stay is enjoyable. Tours are offered from the hotel but we had hiked for 5 days and simply enjoyed the comforts of the property. Although the industrial history is maintained in the architectural design, the rooms are warm and comfortable. Wonderful.

Absolutely outstanding property. Amongst the best hotels/resorts that I've ever stayed at in the world. Incredible service. It is a short ride from the Puerto Natales airport. A few highlights: - outstanding service - terrific dining experience, great food and service - very cool bar - museum in the old cold storage business - gorgeous setting

Primeira impressão, é de q errou o lugar. Mas depois de passar a recepção, cada passo uma surpresa, lugar incrível, lindo e diferente de tudo q já vimos em matéria de hotéis, muito original e criativo, além de luxuoso na medida... atendentes cordiais, vista incrível, quarto excelente, jantar e café maravilhosos... Tirando a falta de Internet ( falha técnica) durante nossa estadia... No mais tudo perfeito, recomendamos!

There is nothing like arriving at The Singular. Outside you see the rustic brick buildings of a slaughterhouse and processing plant. Inside you see how steam was made, refrigeration first used, and animals processed. You get to stay inside a museum! The views are breathtaking--and this is before you even go on expedition. All bedrooms face the water. The bar area is full of sink-in love seats, a roaring fire and excellent servers. The food is outstanding. The guides are above and beyond the best--and I have travelled the world. It may take forever to get to Patagonia, but once you arrive, you'll wonder what took you so long.
