"The hotel is fairly new and about 1.5h by car to Torres Del Paine. The room is comfortable and clean. It has a big window looking out to the lagoon. It’s nice to have freshly fried eggs during breakfast. The reception is helpful to recommend tour. I want to compliment Mr Juan Pablo from the bar. He makes the best lemonade I ever had in this long trip to South America. I want to thank him for return my bag, which I carelessly left in the restaurant, directly to my room.  The hotel is outside the town. However it just take less than 10mins by Uber to go to town."

"Not sure why there aren’t more reviews on this stunning hotel maybe people are trying to keep it a secret? After five amazing nights in Torres del Paine, our agent suggested adding a night at The Singular, and we’re so glad we did. The hotel has been brilliantly transformed from a historic cold-storage plant, with spectacular dining and bar spaces. It’s adaptive architecture at its best. The courtesy shuttle into Puerto Natales is very handy; otherwise it’s a pleasant walk (around 5 km) or you can take the complimentary bikes for a spin. Last Hope Gin Distillery/Bar is also well worth a visit and just a five-minute walk from the shuttle stop through the main shopping area. Huge thanks to the wonderful team at The Singular you made our short stay unforgettable."

"Really cool apartments, really comfy beds and a good shower. Its good to have youre own kitchen facilities too, especially with early morning starts and you need a coffee to kick start your day. Staff were really helpful, breakfast ingredients supplied were grea, location fantastic for shops and resturants too. Will definitrly stay here again when we come back. Highly recommended. Thanks for a lovely stay.."

"Positive: -Receptionist let us enter the suit to wear a bathroom and exchange our clothes after a long journey, even the suit is not ready for check in. She was very kind. -apto is very big and very good. Negative: - breakfast is quite simple. Basically yoghurt and cereals/ coffee/ tea/ cold milk (I asked to warm and heated a little milk), bread/skin/cheese/orange juice. 'One morning I came to the coffee and had no one and had nothing prepared; I went into the kitchen and picked up the things I found to drink my coffee. Then the girl came and apologised, because the coffee maker warned her tomorrow morning that she could not go."
