I booked the room and paid for it through trip,com but the front desk staff asked me to pay for the room during check-ins,I said I had already paid online, he said he didn't receive it, and I had to pay again. After that, I reported this repeated charge to Trip.com, and Trip.com checked with the hotel, but the hotel has not replied so far. This kind of dishonest hotel must let everyone know to avoid being fooled"

"The hotel is a bit far from the town, and taking an Uber is very convenient and only costs 20 to 30 yuan. The location and scenery of this hotel are out of this world. You can see the snow-capped mountains by the lake and the starry sky at night. If you don't want to go out, you can sit on the sofa next to the fireplace and see the changes in the scenery at different times through the floor-to-ceiling glass, such as morning glow, sunset, clouds, mist, light and shadow. The boss is a very handsome middle-aged uncle, elegant and friendly, maybe he is not an uncle, and it is hard to tell his age because he is a white man. Regardless, this hotel is impeccable inside and out and highly recommended."

"The hotel is located in the centre of Puerto Natales, within walking distance of the main square, a large grocery store, and the artisanal village. The location is ideal for exploring the city and for taking day trips to the national parks of Patagonia. The atmosphere was that of a family‑run hotel, with very kind staff at the reception and throughout the property. The room had a smart TV with plenty of channels, and I could even watch sports for free, which is rare in hotels. Breakfast was good, served in the downstairs restaurant near the reception, featuring carved wooden chairs and spotless tablecloths that changed colour each day. Breakfast is served from 6 AM, but one morning it was already available at 5:30 AM, which is very convenient for people leaving the hotel early for the various treks in the national parks. The room next to the stairs was sometimes a bit noisy in the early morning hours."

Staff were really helpful, breakfast ingredients supplied were grea, location fantastic for shops and resturants too. Will definitrly stay here again when we come back. Highly recommended. Thanks for a lovely stay.."
