This hotel was the best experience for the entire business trip in Mexico: the breakfast was extremely rich and the hotel service was also very good; the hotel is located in a very safe area in Mexico City, and it is very convenient to eat and go shopping around.

The room was OK, the service was also good, but the entrance of the hotel was too narrow, only two cars could park there. When I opened the car door on the first day, it was hit by another car, and the driver blackmailed me for 15,000 pesos. It was really unlucky! It left a very bad impression.

The location is good, the room is not too big, the buffet is OK, but the price is a little expensive. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that I paid a 6000 pesos deposit for two rooms when I checked in. I only had breakfast once, which cost about 1600 pesos. It has been 7 days since I left the hotel, and I haven't refunded it yet. I asked Ctrip customer service, but they didn't give me a result on the same day. I will get a black message after a few days. Be careful when paying a deposit
