"The location is nice. Given Mexico's nature, it seems like a bonus to have a fire pit.
The hair dryer was damaged, so I had it repaired five days later.
The swimming pool is small. There's one jumping jack and one bike in the pool.
The shower is a bit dirty, so I can't even use the shower.
The water is a bit muddy. Take a good look."
"Just what we needed after a 12 hour flight from Europe arriving at 3am. Family room had jacuzzi bath which my daughter loved.. 2 king size beds. We were right next to the lift which was handy for the luggage and the pram having a newborn baby. The 2 guys on reception on separate occasions were both accommodating and friendly. Also used the restaurant on reception for breakfast and coffee which was reasonably priced and nice food. I would stay here again."
"This was my second stay. The hotel is in a great location with convenient transportation. The service was excellent, with help with luggage and taxis. There's a currency exchange and business printing service downstairs. The breakfast was also plentiful."
"Huge & very comfortable bed! Excellent location for exploring the pretty areas of Roma Norte & Condessa which have incredible food spots! Also walkable to the metro!
Reception staff were very helpful & the shower was good - consistent hot water and good pressure!"
"I was a bit hesitant when booking this hotel, wondering if it would be noisy being on the street. It turned out to be not noisy at all, as the hotel has two layers of windows, and when they are closed, you can hardly hear anything outside. Transportation is very convenient; it takes less than half an hour to get to Constitution Square on Line 2. The room was very clean, and the sheets were changed every two days. The air conditioner can be set to cool or heat. It is easy to adjust and the noise is very low. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast, which you can order from the menu, with a variety of flavors. The hotel restaurant is good and affordable, and no tipping is accepted. It would be perfect if the shower water temperature was more stable."
"It was very conveniently located just a short walk from Alameda Central. There was a taco shop right near the hotel, so I could easily grab some if I got hungry.
The room was spacious and comfortable. Water was provided. There was no toothbrush. I didn't mind it too much, but the room? Or the TV stand? was tilted, and the drawers wouldn't close and stayed open.
Also, even though I'd already paid online, I was charged for my stay there. Fortunately, they quickly refunded me after I explained that I'd already paid online.
I was able to leave my luggage after checking in.
Overall, I didn't have any particular issues."
"The environment and transportation here are quite safe. The breakfast was served by locals. It was too noisy. People who like quietness will not like it."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe apartment’s location and interior condition were excellent. The space was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was kind enough to allow us an early check-in about two hours in advance, and the cleaning lady was extremely friendly and did a thorough job.
However, the major drawback of this property is that there is no elevator and no luggage storage available. We were traveling with golf bags and suitcases weighing around 30 kg each, and carrying them up and down the steep, narrow stairs was very difficult and exhausting.
On the last day, there was also no option to store our luggage even briefly. Travelers inevitably have luggage, and this is something the property should seriously consider. We had to pay another hotel to store our bags, and due to the extra taxi travel between locations, we almost missed our flight.
Additionally, there is no washing machine, which makes this apartment unsuitable for long-term stays or travelers carrying a lot of luggage.
Overall, it is a nice apartment in terms of location and cleanliness, but it is not ideal for guests with heavy luggage or longer stays unless these issues are addressed.

AAnonymous UserOne problem with all holidayinn brands is that the management of the hotel has a lot of room for improvement. When the room is cleaned every day, someone will come and knock on the door many times and ask if there is a room cleaning, which is very poor management.
The location of this hotel is in a more prosperous place in the city center, the transportation is very convenient, and it is convenient to take a taxi for daily travel. It is convenient to eat around and walk safer.
XXMGSKKThe hotel is located in the downtown area. It is very convenient to go shopping and eat nearby. There are many choices. There are many bars near the hotel. It is very convenient to stay in this location if you are traveling in Mexico City. The hotel is good overall. The facilities are not very new, but it meets the needs overall.
GGuest UserNice hotel in a great location in Mexico City. I appreciated the complementary breakfast. Clean towels every day. Only downside is that the walls are a bit thin, it may be advisable to bring earplugs as you can hear your neighbours

AAnonymous UserAcceptable room price. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Suggest to add electric water kettle for each room.
Better maintain stable room price on weekdays and weekends.
AAnonymous UserI finished paying in advance with the app, but I said I couldn't confirm it, so I asked him to pay again, so he even confirmed the reservation number stored on his mobile phone and the contents of the payment, but he said he didn't know. After a long time, I didn't apologize for confirming that it was a trip.com app, but the room was also broken. It was replaced again soon.
The room was clean and the facilities were good, but the condition was not good, so I put the temperature of the air conditioner up and fell asleep, but someone forced into the room in the middle of the night. The intruders were staff and they said they came to check because the room temperature was strange.
But I know that the customer is in the room, but I was very embarrassed and scared because I broke in without any call or knock. The staff were friendly but there was no consideration for the guests at all. Hotel that I don't want to go again twice.
It was less service than a 30,000 won room in Southeast Asia.

AAnonymous UserGood place to stay if you wanna roam around CDMX. Close to metro pink line making it easily commute to various spots in CDMX. All staffs were nice and approachable. I checked out in the morning and left the luggage there till evening. If they could provide liquid soap, that would be great.

JJCMONACOI have been around three
Times at this hotel. Each time we had another issue. This time Wi-Fi wasn’t working in the morning but t my room 508 was quiet. Last time I stayed at 102 which was exactly above the aircon s. The staff was friendly and welcoming every time. It’s located in a central position of reforma avenue. I walked to the Hidalgo surroundings as well as to Chapultepec park although it’s pretty far . I liked the beauty of the architecture and the old style. It is in dire need of renovationbut still a nice place …
MM F GomezThe hotel has a fabulous location right in the middle of everything, cafes, bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel is a bit simpler than it appears in the photos, it is quite an old hotel, the staff is extremely friendly and that makes the stay better, the restaurant downstairs is delicious. It does not have air conditioning and the facilities are old. If you are going to do a visa application for the USA it is convenient for you but not for a comfortable stay.
