Excellent. Albeit a bit pricey, we went during Easter which I believe is one of the peak weeks of the season so perhaps that is why the hefty bill. Putting that aside, the hotel has all you would want in the area, great venues, beautiful lounge areas, great location, very well appointed rooms and social areas; very good breakfast and impressive service level. It is truly a 5 star hotel. I would recommend it highly and would be delighted to come back

La estancia en el Val de Neu supera cualquier expectativa, ha resultado una experiencia inmejorable. Todo su personal se esmera en mimar al cliente, haciéndole sentir único y muy cómodo. Ana, su directora, es una gran profesional que además de su amabilidad con los clientes, deja de manifiesto que lidera con esmero un gran equipo. Desde el personal de recepción, camareras de planta….Manolo Morales, Carmina, Lolo, Ainara y Toni, del miniclub, han hecho de nuestra estancia y de la de nuestros dos hijos de 2 y 4 años una experiencia inmejorable. Un hotel de 5 estrellas GL que se ha ganado a pulso cada una de ellas. Repetiremos.

Está ha sido nuestra segunda estancia de 6 noches con nuestra hija en el hotel Val de Neu, sin duda el mejor hotel del Valle de Aran con un equipo humano que bien merecería la sexta estrella del hotel. Desde la cercanía del personal de recepción, hasta el servicio de desayuno con productos de calidad excepcional. En el comedor calidez y profesionalidad desde tu llegada (no recuerdo el nombre del señor encantador que estaba esta semana anotando el número de habitación) hasta la eficiencia de Angel Sastre pendiente de todo lo que puedas necesitar, también Gema diligente y amabilísima con nuestra hija. Y por supuesto Luis, también en el Bistro, tan diligente que te recibe con una gran sonrisa haciéndote sentir como en casa. Qué decir de las instalaciones, el mejor salón del Valle para el descanso tras una jornada de eski. Y todo el hotel con una limpieza exquisita desde las zonas comunes hasta las habitaciones, sin duda un oasis de descanso que invita a vivir despacio. Hemos echado de menos a la chica argentina del guardaeskis, siempre dispuesta a ayudar a los niños. También quiero agradecer a Toni el chico del miniclub, su simpatía con nuestra hija. Hasta la próxima temporada Hotel Val de Neu, sois maravillosos.

Fabulosa experiencia en el Hotel val de Neu. Hemos estado alojados en febrero justo en la semana blanca de los niños, llevamos viniendo a Baqueira muchos años y tras conocer todos los hoteles 5***** y este año decidirnos por el Val de Neu, sabemos sin ninguna duda que es el mejor, tanto en instalaciones, servicios, gastronomía y sobre todo detalles como la cobertura diaria incluyendo tarjeta de cortesía con frase de desconexión, o chocolates y aguas o atenciones en la bienvenida. ¡Nos ha encantado! Además de la cuidada decoración, destacando el salón chimenea y el espectacular y fabuloso desayuno. También queremos destacar el trato, profesionalidad y simpatía de todo el equipo. ¡Volvemos en marzo!

Venimos antes del covid y todo fue perfecto, pero este vez… El holel fue como siempre fantastic, pero los restaurantes tienen de mirar mas a su personnal de la cosina y del servicio. La primera cena tenemos platos con mucha sal… La seconda cena fuemos en el italiano y los platos han lluegados com mucha tiempo y con errors. La tercera y las otras cenas le han toma dos fuera del hotel!

Hotel excelente para viaje de negocios, ocio o familiar. La comida la encontramos de altísima calidad y el nivel en su elaboracion está a la altura de los mejores restaurantes. Con vistas espectaculares y un trato por parte de todo su personal de 10. Sin duda volveré para disfrutar de las mejores pistas de esquí en España y por supuesto, de este maravilloso hotel.

Se me hace complicado describir nuestra experiencia en el Val de Neu, siempre es tan extraordinaria que me cuesta expresar!!! Somos clientes desde hace años, nos encanta pasar las Navidades y Fin de Año con ellos, ya son nuestra "familia" nos asombra la implicación y voluntad de TODOS. Este año en particular quería agradecerles su esfuerzo y trabajo desde camareros, desayuno (increíble), camareras de pisos (bravo por ellas!!), equipo de recepción (amabilidad), la novedad de la temporada los guest experience (siempre pendientes de todo) Spa, servicio de mantenimiento (subieron a revisar nuestro mando a distancia), destacar la calidad de todos sus restaurantes (hay 4 opciones diferentes) con sus 2 maîtres, hasta la eficacia y muy buen trabajo del departamento de reservas!!! Cuanto se agradece el trabajo, dedicación y cercanía de la dirección. Mención especial para la cena y celebración de Fin de Año, insuperable! Con el fabuloso aperitivo en el salón chimenea y la posterior cena amenizada con tras lo cual disfrutamos de las uvas, cotillón, barra libre y DJ hasta las 03.30h. GRACIAS VAL DE NEU
