Hotel is in excellent condition and have great rooms. However, we were not satisfied with the overall service level at the Hotel. First we were not able to get a table in the main restaurant for dinner despite attempting to book several days in advance, this meant we were stuck with the buffet/ala carte option in the other restaurant. From the looks of it, it seems fine, however the taste was just not there at all in any of the dishes. The fish for main courses was way undercooked, and the meats were very cheap cuts and far from tender.
In addition the level of service in regards to the ski lockers was undesirable and cost us a lot of time.

Estancia muy agradable. Todo orientado a la satisfacción del cliente, tanto el personal como las instalaciones. En la restauración se nota la mano de un profesional excelente. Habíamos estado en años anteriores, pero las mejoras de esta última temporada le han dado un plus importante

Gracias por todo. Excelente hotel en cuanto a instalaciones, habitaciones muy cómodas aunque un poco de lio con la climatización. Excelente desayuno y muy buenos restaurantes tanto Hincha con Land. Pero lo que realmente es extraordinario es la atención y el servicio del personal, quiero sinceramente dar las gracias desde los guías de ski particularmente a Juan que es con el que mas traté; hasta todo el personal especialmente de recepción.

Hace años que conozco el hotel y han realizado una buena reforma. Las habitaciones son amplias, las duplex ideales para ir con niños, cama cómoda, baño bonito y funcional, trato amable, bufet estupendo, restaurante bueno y decoración con buen gusto. El spa es pequeño pero relajante. Volveremos.

Es un buen hotel en general. La localización es buenísima. Está a solo 100 metros del telecabi a, y además justo debajo de éste tienen el guardaesquís, así que en ese sentido es perfecto. El hotel esta totalmente renovado. La decoración es muy bonita y la zona de recepción muy acogedora. La zona de spa no está reformada y se nota. La piscina está bastante estropeada y es pequeña. En temporada alta estás como sardinas en lata. Las habitaciones también son nuevas, pero eso sí, pequeñas (al menos la mía, que era una doble). Baño con ducha y buena presión. Sin albornoz. Para el que le gusten los amenities, este no es su hotel. No hay absolutamente nada. El jabón/champú es un 2 en 1, que no me gustan nada. El personal es muy amable y dispuesto.
