El personal excelente: Recepción, conductor. Y, especialmente, los camareros (Pablo y Mario), que nos han hecho sentirnos como en casa. La ubicación, también muy buena: Cerca de la estación y de Artíes, para el aprés ski. El único punto a mejorar sería actualizar las instalaciones con una pequeña reforma.

Te reciben todos los días con caldo o chocolate al llegar del hotel es un detallazo. Todo super bien. Tienen transporte a pistas a Baqueira 1500 de lunes a sábado. Personal y todo excelente. Volveremos

Situado cerca de la estación de esquí, donde te llevan y traen (servicio gratuito) en una furgoneta, con un chofer genial. La calidad humana del personal es insuperable, gracias Pablo, por tus consejos y atención, te echaran de menos cuando vuelvas a la costa. El desayuno de bufet, todo de calidad, y cocina abierta para en segundos cocinarte una tortilla o unos huevos con beicon incluidos en el precio del desayuno. Todo madera, salón comunitario con chimenea. Caldo y chocolate gratuito al volver de esquiar. Nos sentimos como si estuviéramos en los Alpes Suizos con el romanticismo del siglo pasado.

Al hotel le salvan tres o cuatro cosas: 1. La ubicación 2. El servicio de furgoneta para subida a pistas 3. La profesionalidad, amabilidad y simpatía de TODO el personal del hotel (recepción, habitaciones, conductores, restaurante, etc.). 4. Las instalaciones comunes: bar, chimenea, etc. Por otra parte, el tiempo no pasa en balde, las instalaciones y las habitaciones se deterioran (somos viejos clientes, en todos los sentidos), y parece que la Propiedad no invierte nada en mantenimiento y mejora: deterioro del suelo de las bonitas habitaciones, toallas viejas y pequeñas, etc.

Hotel muy bien situado cerca pistas esquí. Personal muy amable siempre dispuestos a informarte y a ayudar. Habitación limpias y amplias. Buen hotel calidad-precio, tiene chimenea muy acogedora y el interior del hotel es de madera, muy chulo. Te llevan en furgoneta a las pistas. Precio de las cosas normal

Desde la llegada el mal trato de parte de la recepción, Luego la habitación con mal olor, a ratos sin agua, la nevera no funciona el secador de pelo no funciona, falta de mantenimiento a todos lados...... Colchones viejos de muelle súper incomodos y muy viejo ropa de cama. Internet pésimo, no se puede trabajar ! y casi que no llega para mirar las noticias o el tiempo. El desayuno pésimo con pan de Bimbo nada mas y los embutidos mas baratos que puede encontrar en el supermercado. La cena no probé por alerta de otro visitante y fui a otro hotel cerca a cenar. Muy mala experiencia.
