We couldn’t stay in this hotel at all. I booked the flight ticket to Mykonos and booked the hotel itrip.com recommended. But when we arrived we found out that the hotel was in another island. So I have to spend more than $1000 to book a local hotel for the vacation. I couldn’t call to cancel the wrong booking either. Trip.com made the wrong recommendation but I paid $585 for it.

Location perfetta per affari. Cena di gala meravigliosa al ristorante stella di mare, davvero deliziosa. Maitre sommelier Carmelo super professionale e gentilissimo. Del tutto raccomandabile se volete passare una serata romantica o organizzare una cena di lavoro.

Initial pleasant first impressions on arrival were quickly dispelled upon closer inspection. Our room was very small, the decor quite dated and the TV small for contemporary standards. It clearly required refurbishment. In the bathroom (aka cupboard) one receptacle was provided for what appeared to be poor quality combined shower/shampoo gel, instead of the usual array of complementary guest consumables ordinarily available in like resorts. Critically, the bathroom sink was blocked and there was no water to have a shower etc ! When raising the water and blockage issues with reception, the young girl had no clue how to manage disappointed guests. A simple apology, explanation and steps they were taking to rectify would have sufficed. When asked where an alternate shower might be available for our use as an interim measure, she unhelpfully replied ‘ I don’t know’. I asked for the issue to be escalated to her manager. Despite promises, no one bothered to get back to us for our 3 night stay. But for the fact we were with a pre paid group booking, we would have moved. Others in our group encountered similar issues. Inexperienced reception staff clearly need training on guest management. With the range of quality accomodation choices on offer, avoid this resort at all cost.

Lovely hotel in a good position for visiting Naxos Town. Large rooms, super comfortable twin beds. Good sized bathroom and everywhere spotlessly clean. The bar / restaurant was good and the breakfast was very good - and that’s coming from someone who loathes buffet breakfasts! The pool was a nice size with plenty of loungers and parasols. Staff were all friendly and helpful and I’d come back in a heartbeat not only because of the great location a couple of minutes from the beach but because I felt very much a welcome guest.

Lovely resort with huge pool/area and right next to the beach. Use of beach lounges and umbrellas available at half normal rate for resort guests. Lovely breakfast with extensive selection. 15/20 minute walk to the port, shopping and restaurants. Although there were also several restaurants within just a few minutes walk from resort. Staff throught the resort were friendly and accommodating. Whilst the room was comfortable it was quite small, dated and could do with a makeover.

Alright. Nice swimming pool. Good breakfast. Comfortable room. Weak point: some guests control the chairs around the pool by placing their towels and disappear for hours. Tiresome!

We found the property was just as we had expected and hoped for. Very clean and well located just a short walk from the beach and equally an easy walk into the main shopping area with resturants etc. Breakfast was good, but other than this we ate out in the town. Nice pool with bar and food available. Front desk staff polite and helpful and ever present. Just a great place to stay for a slower pace of life and to relax in the sun.

The area was very good - we could walk to most areas in Naxos town. Staff were ok - but not as friendly as staff we encountered at other hotels.

The property was close to the beach, walkable in a 2min. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Always had a smile on their face. The grounds were very nice. The breakfast was also amazing.Also, very fast to respond to messages prior to the visit which is always reassuring. Definitely a place to come back to!
