"This is by no means a "bad" review, but I will be honest about a few things I would have liked to know before I chose to book this place. 1) It is not so much a hotel as it is an apartment. We were greeted by a woman when we pulled up in the taxi who pointed us to our unit and told us someone would be by to give us more information. He did come by and he provided a phone number we could text with any problems. Note that although it is advertised, there is NO front desk. We had an issue with our sinks and hot tub and went looking for the front desk. Couldn't find it so we texted the given number and quite literally got left on read. The one thing that is hotel-like about this place is that they have a nice lady come clean the rooms each day. Just be careful because she doesn't knock before entering. 2) Our hot tub wasn't working the first day. I think the temperature sensor must've been broken because even though it said 34 degrees Celsius, it was cold. We cranked it up as high as it went on the second day and it was actually warm enough to enjoy. But note that it takes HOURS to heat up. They told me about 1 degree per hour. So turn it on before you go out for the day and it should be warm enough by the end. 3) They do tell you this in the email confirmation, but I missed it and I imagine many other people do too. They charge a deposit to the card on file, but the remaining balance is due in cash at time of check in. We were ill prepared for this so we had to text the number to arrange for someone to come collect cash from us. 4) There are multiple hotels called Euphoria. You will need to tell a taxi to take you to Euphoria Suites, NOT Euphoria downtown. 5) They leave a menu in the room for a nearby restaurant Nobell 22. Don't eat at that restaurant. We got takeout our first night because we were too tired to go any farther. Would not recommend in the slightest. Overall, the room itself is quite nice. It is like the photos, minus a few staging decorations. The location is not ideal. You will be walking 15 minutes at least to get to any decent restaurant or the one beach close enough to walk to. Outside of that you will need to taxi which is very expensive. Personally, I wouldn't stay here mainly due to the location. But it was a nice room and well within budget."

"This is the perfect location and accommodation. Agia Anna is a gorgeous resort and the accommodation is so close to the beach and restaurants. The pool area is amazing and the apartments are cleaned daily by the most amazing cleaners that give fresh sheets and towels. I really recommend"

"Irini is close to the beach and there was a good supermarket close by and many restaurants to choose from. The room was very large, studio with four beds and two bedrooms although I only used the one queen bed. The kitchen was ok no kettle but you could boil water on the stove. Overall a good place to relax. Don"

"The apartment has everything you need, and the owners are super friendly and attentive. They brought us lemonade and a piece of homemade cake to welcome us and explained everything we could visit (they even made us a schedule for each day!) They also booked a rental car for us, which was much cheaper than what we had found."

"What an amazing place to stay. The hotel was clean and our room was very modern and comfortable and well equipped with a fridge, kitchen style sink and cutlery and crockery. We had a nice terrace and sat out in this with a glass of wine and snacks before we went out in the evening. There was a lovely bakery opposite the hotel and the lovely gentleman in there was very sweet and grateful for our business. Next door is a very well stocked supermarket which we used to buy yogurts, fresh fruits and nuts for breakfast. The Pantry next door is great for breakfast and brunches with a special menu for people staying at the hotel.. they are a separate business. Easy walk into town from the hotel which we did every evening and in a great situation and easy 5 minute drive from the port. We were very happy here and would stay there again."

Hotel Villa Flora
"We have never experienced such abhorrent behaviour by the owner, as we did on the night of May 7th. There was a sudden power outage in our room. It was 9:30 at night and we asked her two young cleaning staff to phone the owner and let her know we had no power. There is no reception at this hotel. (I had thought this place was a hotel, but it appears it is more like a B&B as the cleaning staff are the only people whom you can address a concern.) They did inform us that the owner phoned back and told them she would deal with the issue in the morning. We stated that this wasn’t acceptable as we had no power. She did eventually come, and on her arrival, she started berating us, stating that we must have done something to the ‘card key’ box (where you insert a plastic thing-a-ma-jig attached to your key to turn on the power). We told her that the power went out with a bang on the other side of the room when we tried to turn on the bedside light. She wouldn’t listening to us, and started yelling that we caused this, and we would have to pay for it. Her behaviour was out of control. She continued to scream at us, threatening to throw us out, and making us pay for something we had nothing to do with. Her behaviour escalated when we suggested we change rooms and refused to take responsibility for something we had nothing to do with. Finally after a half an hour of her accusatory yelling behaviour, she called in an electrician who fixed the problem. The problem, apparently, was a wiring short in the bedside light. She then berated her cleaning girls saying they must have spilled water over it. Interestingly enough, for the rest of our stay we had no hot water in the shower. The owner was despicable in her behaviour and we would never recommend this place."

"Don’t stay here unless you are happy to be stolen from! The good: Location is great - right on the beach and a short walk into the town. Staff in the bar are very friendly and understood my dietary requirements well. Beach is well-maintained. The bad: Check-in took 40 minutes as the receptionist had gone home for the evening. Rooms are extremely small (much smaller than the pictures!) this didn’t bother us as we were only staying for 3 nights but something to be aware of particularly if you are staying longer. On check-out the security deposit was refunded but another one was taken at the same time without my knowledge. We have contacted the hotel on several occasions and they are denying all knowledge - now having to go through Trip and Mastercard to recoup funds - avoid!"

"We had such a great experience at the Anapollo Hotel in Naxos. What impressed us most was the level of service. We made a booking error on our end, and the staff handled it with so much care and professionalism, making sure everything was sorted and that we felt comfortable and taken care of throughout. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, and the location made it easy to get around and enjoy the island. The pool area was a nice spot to relax, and the breakfast buffet had plenty of fresh options to start the day. Overall, it was a very smooth and enjoyable stay, and the kindness of the staff really made it stand out. We would absolutely stay here again."

"A hotel with soul; it's clear it was created with the express purpose of making guests feel welcome. Spacious and well-equipped rooms with air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, coffee maker, etc. Everything is perfect. It's close to the airport, but that's not a problem at all. The new pool is perfect, and the breakfast is simply superb: fruit, cheese, yogurt, salad, juices, pastries, and more. All in an unbeatable setting."

The room was beautiful and clean and the smell was divine on return from the beach etc… Location was great a minutes walk from the beach and a few minutes into the centre. I have to say Maria on reception was fabulous nothing too much trouble booked us trips and restaurants she’s a fabulous asset to the hotel."
