Wretched! The worst experience of my life! We had made a reservation for 5 people, we had spoken to the hotel people on the phone and they told us that the room does not have a sea view! They failed to inform us that the room is in the ba*****t! The beds were all together, so there was no room to move, the bathroom very small and dirty, no window, no light. Some of us had a closed issue of phobia (but even if you didn't, it created such a feeling) and you didn't respect it! The owners were rude, they spoke very badly to us and made fun of us in our faces! Mrs. Maria specifically suggested us to go to another room one day and she put us in a room that someone was staying there (unbeknownst to them, she put us in the room normally). He offered to cut us 20 euros to stay there too, but really no one can stay there. Also never mind the fact that the owner sent his mother to pull the snake out of the hole, claiming she can't and has her heart, lest we feel sorry for her and stay there. For 550 euros for 4 nights it does not provide anything that is not reliable, clean and its people are rude.. Fortunately by chance we found another one at the last minute and asked for our deposit back but they told us they would give it to you, because it is not possible for legal reasons. In the end he gave us half of our money but for proof and no reason. Next time it would be good to tell the truth to your customers! Don't lock them in the ba*****t just to get their money and then tell them hey ok you won't stay in the room, you'll go out.. It's not like that many people work on their holidays and need the room and its amenities.. .
