We had a lovely stay at the Galaxy. The room was spacious and very clean. The pool area is beautiful and the service is excellent. Elena at the front desk was incredibly informative, pleasant, and very welcoming. We were surprised at how close the beach was to the property! The old town is also a 10 minute walk where everything is happening. We would not hesitate to return. Thanks for a great experience in Naxos!

Fabulous hotel. Amazing pool & bar. Good selection of beers & cocktails. Great breakfast included. Spotlessly clean & the most amazing flowers & trees around the gardens & pool area. Short walk to the beach & bars & restaurants. Naxos we ❤️ u!

What a beautiful property. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are great. A little small but Very clean and functional. The pool area is nice and it’s close to restaurants, shopping, beach and attractions. It’s walkable to the ferry if you don’t have a lot of luggage and it’s 90 degrees. Otherwise take a cab!! Wonderful place!

The property was nice and staff was kind and helpful. The WiFi was extremely weak and hardly worked. Tried all the available networks and at best was only able to achieve about 7 mb/s download speeds - pretty much useless. Other than the wifi issue, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Booked a room with Pool & Sea View - Pool was in the distance behind a tree. You had to step out of your room into the garden and take a right to see the Sea. Called the front desk to inquire but they nonchalantly said "You do have a view sir"
Reminded me of an old fawlty towers episode. That's not a view from your room if you have to go hunting for it.
Also felt like a kids resort at disney. Kids screaming and playing everywhere.

Would've been a 10/10 if they had better WIFI. Other than that Eleni was amazing, and everything was perfect. Would go back for sure.

The hotel is perfectly situated and very beautiful. The garden and trees make a nice atmosphere. The rooms are a bit small and the Wi-Fi does not work at all inside the room.
