The hotel was okay, and Mohamed was accommodating. We booked a room with a pyramid view; well, you can see the pyramids if you hang through the window and look backwards, but it is not an actual room view. We were told we could only pay with euros or dollars but not Egyptian dollars, or via bank transfer (with an extra fee (!) on top). There was no prior knowledge about paying extra for not being able to exchange money at the airport or reception despite the fact it is advertised the hotel offers money exchange. Do not take me wrong; the beds are comfy, breakfast is tasty, and you can see the pyramids from the roof while having a brekkie. The breakfast staff was helpful, too. Airport shuttle was top and super quick. As I said, there must have been a language barrier, which is, hey, okay, I am not a native speaker either. But there is no shame in advertising less (and then offering more) and asking questions if you are not sure what the question was. We all work in hospitality, in hotels in fact, and trust me, clear communication can save any situation. It would be nice changing what is actually provided, no spa, swimming pool, money exchange or laundry service. Offering clothes washing but not drying can be tricky when you have an early flight to catch on the following day early Morning. (Especially when promised via text and verbally the day before and day the same day too several times everything is washed and dried!) Update your amenities and services your offer and you will be great guys. The place has potential! But, sadly, for what we paid and what we got did not match at all.

The excellent review is primarily based on the service from the staff at the hotel that were very frendly and did their best to make us feel good during our stay. Special thanks to Abdo for the great experiance, and Mahmood for the nicely arranged day trips. The view from the room with a balcony is also great. However, there are plenty of things for the managment to upgrade in order to get a realistik 'excellent' review. First of all - breakfast ain't no buffet. It might see like a lot from a first sight, but 4 pieces af some kind of ham, 2 pcs. og cheese and 2 pcs. of butter is pretty much enogh for just one sandwich pr. person (we were two). There were though other food choices on the table, so you don't end up hungry, but after all the breakfast is all the same, so there is not variabillity .. There is only one choice of juice - orange. Coffee is paid separetly (we got it for free). Overbooking issues - on the first night, our room was not available, and we were transferred to a different hotel (far under avarage quallity), so we had to put up a 'fight' to get our originally booked room the day after. If you book a room on the last floor, be prepared from the annoying noice for table moving on the rooftop every morning around 6.30 am. The last two days, were pretty much a noice disaster, due to construction work, that in a normal world, should be done when the hotel has no guests.. After all i'd saiy you get what you pay for - we got it cheap, and that says it all :) A tip for other travellers: Always negotiate your price and never say yes to the first offer when it comes to a day trips, transfers etc. When you hear that it can not be done cheaper - keep pushing until you get the realistic price you want.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, great view of the pyramids. Make sure to get a day tour from the reception, it was 110 USD per person but definitely worth it. I strongly recommend staying at this hotel.

Don't be fooled by the dilapidated lobby and the small elevator. The room was very clean, our couple took two children and lived very well. All service staff are very enthusiastic. Similar to domestic hotel-style apartments, the price is close to the people, the supermarket downstairs is very convenient to get some food. You can see the pyramids on the rooftop. It's a bit cold at night during the Chinese New Year, so be sure to bring a windbreaker or a slightly thicker dress. But it's hot during the day.
Hygienic: very clean
Facilities: Room facilities are average but very clean. The lobby and elevator are too old like scenes in ghost movies.
Environment: Really enter the hotel, the view of the rooftop is very good, there will be a power outage.
Service: Every waiter is very warm and kind.

One of the highlights of my visit was the traditional Egyptian breakfast served each morning. The spread was a feast for the senses, with a variety of freshly prepared dishes that showcased the rich flavors of Egyptian cuisine. From fluffy falafel and creamy hummus to freshly baked bread and flavorful shakshuka, every bite was a delight. The breakfast not only provided a hearty start to the day but also offered a genuine taste of local culture. The hotel's location is perfect for exploring the pyramids, and the staff were always ready to assist with any inquiries or arrangements. Their warm hospitality and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident in every interaction, making me feel welcome and valued throughout my stay. After a day of exploring, returning to the comfort of my spotless room and indulging in the exquisite breakfast the next morning was the perfect way to experience the magic of Egypt.

Our stay at Azal Pyramids Hotel was fantastic! The room was beautiful, and having a safe big enough to hold a laptop made our tours even more enjoyable, as I never had to worry about my work computer. The wonderful pool was perfect for a refreshing dip after a hot day. The standout was the exceptional service from Karim and Ahmed, who were always warm, helpful, and a lot of fun! We highly recommend this gem for an incredible experience in Egypt!

The hotel facade is not very good, and the lobby is similar to that of three-star hotels in China. I was waiting for check-in for more than an hour because the hotel did not receive a confirmation number. However, when I walked through the lobby, I found a different world. This resort is really big, with a very beautiful environment and a refreshing feeling. The only problem is that the room facilities are relatively old.

The hotel is right on the edge of the Nile River, with beautiful scenery, convenient transportation and very good service. The restaurants, shopping mall, and swimming pool in the hotel are very good. Very satisfied, I have always liked Four Seasons Hotel. There is also a Japanese restaurant on board that is not expensive and of first-class quality.

A 20-km drive will take you to the new Egyptian Museum so you can wander through the eras of the ancient Egyptian history.

The hotel looks good and is well maintained, with spacious grounds and spacious rooms. My room was already a little tired/dated. The majority of the hotel staff were pleasant, though the operation felt a little chaotic and some staff on reception especially lacked high-end customer service skills that you would expect from a 5 star.

Excellent
I actually travelled October of 2022, but the system wouldn’t let let select that. I travelled alone to Giza for a few days before joining a group in Luxor. This hotel was wonderful. I wanted a place near the pyramids and I even had a view of them from my bed! I contacted the hotel before my arrival to let them know that I have Celiac and would need gluten-free food. They assured me that they could accommodate me, and when I arrived they touched base with me to assure again. Breakfasts were included and they made sure I had lots to eat (while sitting on a terrace overlooking the pyramids 😍.) I booked a tour with them as well and had a great day, they alerted the restaurant that we went to for lunch about my gluten-free needs as well. For my private tour, they arranged a trip to the museum, a perfume place, a camel ride around the pyramids, visiting the pyramids and the great sphinx. It was fantastic! Just be forewarned, there is no elevator, but they will carry your bags. The rooms are modern, very clean, and have everything you need. I have recommended this hotel to several people already.
GGuest UserWe loved this place; it's a bit no frills, but the location is awesome, the terrasse too (although a bit cold during our stay: must be paradise in Summer!) and at least our room was extremely big, silent and clean, with good beds. Breakfast was good, specially all things considered (price and location). For Cairo Pass wannabe clients only: this property is on the south entrance of the site, and the pass needs to be bought at the north...You will need an Uber to go! Otherwise the entrance is really closeby :) The room was clean, the breakfast area - sink not that much... We would go back without hesitation!
GGuest UserI charted this hotel on Google Maps trying to find an alignment between Cheops Pyramid, the front of the Sphynx and some rooftop or balcony. The answer seemed obviously The Pyramids View Inn. It was surprisingly (suspiciously) cheap, and didn’t look too fancy from the outside… But the photos inside were much better and the view was either Photoshopped or out of this world. The reviews were amazing, so I decided against staying in downtown Cairo and going to Giza, as close to the pyramids as I could be without actually sleeping inside one of them, Best travel decision, EVER! The staff was friendly since we started exchanging emails about airport transfers and tours. I was a bit scared of the arrival at the airport at 2am and the possibility that there could be no one waiting for me, but outside the airport after saying no to a dozen Taxi drivers inside, my driver was there with a sign with my name. Don’t feel disoriented with so many drivers from hotels with name looking neatly the same. The sign will have this hotel name as it is written here and your own name. It only got better from then on. Super friendly and honest staff, clean room, THAT AMAZING VIEW, both from the room and the rooftop where you can get à plentiful breakfast and some night drinks there (don’t expect alcohol in an Islamic republic) You can actually see the Pyramids Light and Show perfectly or even better from the hotel than on-site. Just pray you get it on your language while you are there. Everyday was in a different language while I was there. Book the tours at the hotel too. You can find many offers online, hardly a better driver and guide than the ones I got. Friendly, professional, helpful. I was alone in Egypt and they (tour and hotel staff) welcomed me as my new best friends. On the Gyza tour, you will be taken to some local Businesses with high quality papyrus and oil scents. Don’t feel forced to buy anything and expect some high prices there, It will be hard though not to spend as many money on souvenirs as on the rest of the trip. If you really don’t want to spend some big buck on excellent products just say no or skip visiting those two sites, but you will miss learning how to make a papyrus sheet. You can do three tours in two days (Cairo cultural sights, Ancient Egypt historical sites and Nile Dinner cruise). if you manage to go to the desert after flying for a day. There was another option with a sleepover on some Bedouin Oasis which I skipped. The hotel surrounding may feel intimidating when you arrive, with high police apparatus and the local salesperson that really hassle you. The best place to buy souvenirs is right next door to the hotel. Look for the window with the No Hassle sign. The owner is charming, educated, respectful of your word. and offers great prices. Travel light and keep room in your luggage to take home the stuff you buy here. Oh, and bless the room air conditioning.and keep hydrated at all times. I am not sure if I’ll ever be retur
CcarolanneThe reason to stay is the view. But we booked a standard room without view as would have it during breakfast.
Arrived and did not have our room so put is in a room with view Nd then moved us to standard room. The reason to book anywhere for two nights is to relax.
I said no to upgrade that's how I found out they did not have my room. I wanted to Unpack a little and have stuff out. Not have to pack up before being picked up on tour.
Sales pitch expected as poor area.
Breakfast was way too much, very tasty
Roof views are great and across the road from entry gate to pyramid.
Area is very poor, motel sent a footman with me to teller and back so would be safe.this was great help to me but gives you an indication of the area. You have to stay this close of U want to look out and see the pyramid so close.
Overalls I don't think a bad stay, bed sheets clean, staff nice although push for review, but after seeing the area these people need tourist work to survive.
GGuest UserHad a great stay here,
nine pyramids is a safe place with friendly people and a perfect location in front of the pyramids.
my favorite part was the rooftop with a wonderful view over the desert and the pyramids.
If ill come back to egypt, that is where i gonna stay!
shoutout to sherein at the reception :)
GGuest UserWe traveled to this place with our infant with the only expectation of getting a pyramids view and considering the heat, flexibility to be very close to the pyramids at Giza. The location is one of the best in the vicinity, and gives a direct view of the Sphinx. We were welcomed by warm staff (Duniya) and greeted to the terrace wherein the pyramids and the sphinx were lit at night. It was a dusty evening, but the overall atmosphere was great. The incident that has set this stay apart from the others was a personal episode. The next day we chose to visit the major locations of Cairo side like the NMEC and Khan-al-Khalili, and some shopping. En route, my wife lost her phone and we were extremely stressed out in the evening, with all her contacts and memories on the phone. This is the instance when the hospitality of the hotel came into picture. Nearly everyone on the reception staff was aware of the situation, and they started going out of their way to help her. Be it calling the taxi at night and asking (more like instructing) to do whatever it takes to find the phone, to go at each and every place in Cairo and Giza we had been. Language is a constraint, and at each and every instant we wanted a person of trust to translate Arabic to English for us, and in addition, to provide guidance. Ashour at the reception constantly kept calling on my phone to ask updates. They even arranged for a late breakfast for us. To cut the story, we did FIND the phone and there was a happy story in the end. I have to place emphasis on the fact, that Cairo and Egypt functions on a different set of principles that involves a lot of over selling. If we can separate that emotion, and trust on such people who are really willing to help (they still might want to sell you a package ;)), sets the experience apart. They even treated our young kid with a friendship band. The restaurant food quality could be improved, but please remember, first and foremost its a tourist place with a very high footfall. I would like to visit Cairo again, and without a beat stay at this place. Thanks Duniya and Ashour for us to make our stay a very memorable one.
XXIULINGThe owner of the hotel is very reliable to help me solve the trouble of asking for money by taxi (if the plane arrives, please let the hotel pick up the airport, the price of 15 dollars is not overcharged at all!), and when I left, he helped me get Uber not asking for money! The hotel staff is very friendly and will often ask me if I need help and I can help! The most amazing thing about the hotel is the terrace, the superb sphinx and pyramid view! ! ! The only thing that needs to be improved is the network signal in my room. It needs to go to the left half to get the signal. Breakfast is a local meal and I am not used to it.
The room is consistent with the picture! Stayed for one night and enjoyed the light show on the terrace at night! You can book with the boss if you need travel items! The entrance to the pyramid and the ticket window are downstairs!
When I left, the boss asked me to store my luggage in his hotel in the Egyptian Museum, where I could rest and drink tea. The view was amazing! The building is very old, but the decoration inside is comfortable (picture 4, picture 5, picture 6)
Llucila Del Rosario RomeroStaying at Phoenix pyramids View it filled me with great joy to be in this hotel, and share with all its staff. And it's super cheap. The fresh, nutritious and very varied breakfast. Since before my arrival in Egypt, they were very careful that everything was fine. The service from the airport to the hotel was completely free. Then upon arrival, Mr. Hany gave me a small tour around the area and introduced me to his friends from other hotels and businesses around, who kindly and as a courtesy gift gave me fruits and water. In the morning an excellent breakfast with the spectacular view and unique of the great Pyramids. The tours they offer are different places and you can feel in this hotel like your home and with your family. Thank you d do o much to Mr Hany (from Human Resources management) Hossam (the driver) and all the people who is part of the staffs. Shukran jazilan. Hamdoullah! I hope to see all of you soon INCHALLAH 🪴🙏
鄙鄙德潘Booked on Ctrip, checkin the same day, the waiter didn't receive my order and asked me to resubmit $ 20 to rebook. Find Ctrip to deal with, Ctrip is very enthusiastic and has repeatedly confirmed that the communication with the booking agent is paid and no further payment is required. After communicating for one morning, I decided to refund the order and go to another hotel for reservation. As a result, when the waiter saw that I was going to die, he refused to pay an additional 20 dollars and immediately made a mistake at 180 degrees. Let me live right away. I'm drunk too. The people here have a deep routine. The instant impression is down. The only advantage of this hotel is that the sunset of the pyramid can take the horizon, and the rest of the facilities can not be complimented. Recommend this hotel for the second night (Pyramid Valley Boutique Hotel). The facilities are very good, and the waiter boss is enthusiastic. The boss's son also invited me to drink Coke at night, free of charge. Focus on helping him promote it. The most important thing when traveling is to be honest and not pit each other. Pictures are from pyramides valley. Hygiene is much better than this one. Bringing a girl is not recommended to stay in this hotel, take it to the bottom of the Golden Tower ...
