Pyramids Height Hotel & Pyramids Master Scene Rooftop

The hotel was okay, and Mohamed was accommodating. We booked a room with a pyramid view; well, you can see the pyramids if you hang through the window and look backwards, but it is not an actual room view. We were told we could only pay with euros or dollars but not Egyptian dollars, or via bank transfer (with an extra fee (!) on top). There was no prior knowledge about paying extra for not being able to exchange money at the airport or reception despite the fact it is advertised the hotel offers money exchange. Do not take me wrong; the beds are comfy, breakfast is tasty, and you can see the pyramids from the roof while having a brekkie. The breakfast staff was helpful, too. Airport shuttle was top and super quick. As I said, there must have been a language barrier, which is, hey, okay, I am not a native speaker either. But there is no shame in advertising less (and then offering more) and asking questions if you are not sure what the question was. We all work in hospitality, in hotels in fact, and trust me, clear communication can save any situation. It would be nice changing what is actually provided, no spa, swimming pool, money exchange or laundry service. Offering clothes washing but not drying can be tricky when you have an early flight to catch on the following day early Morning. (Especially when promised via text and verbally the day before and day the same day too several times everything is washed and dried!) Update your amenities and services your offer and you will be great guys. The place has potential! But, sadly, for what we paid and what we got did not match at all.

They were nice when I checked in but immediately tried to start aggressively selling me packages and tours. The room was fine and AC worked ok. It's nothing fancy and you need to realize you are in Giza. They cancelled my reservation right after I checked out so I couldn't write a review on ***********. Seems kind of weird. Not sure about this place.

Very good staff and good location and the view from the rooftop is incredible the room was clean and the bathroom is good and clean also I just want to thank the owner for everything he did for us the breakfast is really amazing

Good location in Giza - right next to the pyramids and the sphinx. Rooftop view is very good. Breakfast is very tasty! Staff are super friendly and helpful. Room standard is commensurate with the price paid.

It was my first time here in Egypt and I choose this hotel to stay for couple days.It has amazing view to the pyramids you can watch the sunset on the rooftop.Most thing I love this hotel is every employee even the manager is so respectful and try to find any solutions to your problems.It was such a good experience for me.I was really happy I feel like at home.Highly recommend you guys to stay at this hotel.Thank you so much for the each employees and the manager to save my vacation.
