非常差的體驗 房間旁邊就是酒吧 要吵到半夜 早上6點又開始吵 實在睡的不好 更離譜的是 提前一天退房 酒店同意 可是攜程説聯繫不上酒店及當地代理 四天了 房費一直沒退！攜程客服多次聯繫我 每次換個人 説著一樣的話 就是解決不了問題！建議境外酒店儘量不要通過攜程定 服務能力很差

房間還可以，蠻乾淨，勝在位置，獅身人面像金字塔景區裏有燈光秀，晚7-8點，在酒店樓頂餐廳，邊吃飯就可以邊看了。酒店有的房間是帶陽台的，有的是面對天井的內窗，介紹裏又不明確，也不知道該怎麼辦。

They came to me to charge as TV screen damaged or broken however it was baby hand marks / marks which completely gone after glass cleaner! The GM and all staff were amazed how it cleaned!
Simply the staff was unprofessional and wanted to looking for an opportunity to charge some money to their customer however there was no issue talk all. All their staff was speechless when the the TV screen was supposed simply cleaned with a glass cleaner.
