Full Pyramids View Apartment with Balcony for 8 P

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The room was not clean at all, and the jacuzzi was dirty and unusable. There were no towels provided, and the bathroom was far from hygienic. The seating area was broken, and the whole place felt neglected. There was only one staff member running everything — reception, café, and more — which clearly showed the lack of proper service. Honestly, this is nothing but a bed to sleep in, and even that was uncomfortable since the bed frame was broken. I booked this place based on the positive reviews, but honestly those reviews are far from reality. This hotel needs serious improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and service. Even the breakfast that was supposed to be included was not prepared by the hotel — they simply bought it from the supermarket, which is unacceptable. On top of all that, the owner, Omar, was not even present. He was busy managing another hotel and left this one completely unattended, which explains why everything felt so mismanaged.

I reserved and prepaid two nights thinking this was a hotel. It is NOT. It is an apartment building with a few units for rent. There is no front desk and the person in charge has to be called by whoever you see on the first floor. When he finally arrived he took us to the room/apt. on the 6th floor. The room was as described on the website, and had a perfect view of the pyramids. What was shocking about this place is the building in which it is located. The hallways and stairs were filthy, covered in cigarette butts and with trash everywhere, including old furniture, pillows and what not. We spent about 10 minutes in the room, and decided to leave and loose the 250 dollars that I had already paid. I was not going to let this dump ruin my visit to the pyramids. We ended up in a very nice hotel hotel downtown (The Steingenberger) for the same money. Stay away from this place.

the view was very good but it was not like a traditional hotel where you have a lobby and staff to help. We were given one set of keys and some towels on first day and that was the end of it. bathroom had a leak and the floor was wet all the time, we had to be extra careful in the bathroom for fear of slipping.
