Front desk is always helpful. Really wish the pool would be opened. Cleaning service could do a little better job cleaning.

I stayed here for two nights and can't say one positive thing about it. The room smelled of smoke, the sheets were stained and full of hair, the staff had friends and family that hung out in the building constantly and everyone was super loud. Curtains were hanging off the blinds, there were stains on everything in the room. I was afraid to even take my shoes off. When I left during the day I took all my things because I was afraid of the room being broken into or things being stolen due to the shady characters that frequented the hallways and lobby. Stay away. Pay the extra for safety and stay somewhere, anywhere else!

Uncomfortable stay
The room is very basic with no tv remote. The shower tub had a big hole in the side. The bed looked as if it came from someones home and was so uncomfortable.

Mixed bag
Basic room, clean comfortable bed, so ok on that score. There was no shower curtain-I had to go to the hotel next door to get one the next morning. No-one was in the office until well after 9am so it was not convenient to check out and get my cash deposit back without waiting.

OMG
The best part was the room was mostly clean. But it run down, noisy, bath room faucet needs repaired, but you can rent for the week for $350. NOT US. As we realized to late that it was Indy 500 weekend, We can see why it was last room in the area.

Awful
Hotel was not clean, smelled like stale cigarettes, even though it was a non smoking facility. The pool was closed, with no mention of that on the website. Beds were very uncomfortable. No one working the front desk. Did not feel safe there.

Do not recommend
Do not recommend staying here. The bathroom was pretty awful. Very outdated and not very clean. The location also didn’t feel very safe. The walls must have been very thin because we heard noises that woke us up all throughout the night. There was no coffee in the lobby or in the room. There was also no one working the service desk when we went to check out.
