Great room, good air conditioning, bathroom was all right too. Got picked up from the airport - very nice, welcoming and reliable people - felt at home right away. My friend and I were on a really tight schedule so we stayed only one night but we wished we could have stayed longer. Little shop with the essentials like water right next door and less than 10 min to the beach. Would recommend.

We came to meet Lalith and his family by chance as he ended up being a tuktuk driver in Negombo. He is kind, genuine, hospitable, honest and reliable. We ended up taking his number and called him for any rides we needed while in Negombo as well as taking us to the airport. He showed us his family villa, where we ended up going for dinner one night. We brought over fish we had caught earlier that day and they made a delicious fish curry and deviled fish for us. We didn’t stay there, but saw the accommodations and they were clean (see pictures). We would recommend checking out Lakshmi Family Villa for the great rooms and hospitality from Lalith and his wife Lakshmi.

Very satisfied, with this company we borrowed 2 tuktuks. Tuktuks were in good condition, handover and takeover went without problems. During the 14 day trip we had one small accident. At the end we paid an adequate amount for the repair. I recommend this company to borrow their tuktuk.
