#positive #I was happy with the Location, Convenience of Transport, Room Size, Bed Comfort Level, Soundproofing, Hotel Smell; The hotel is clean and comfortable, and it is well received by this mysophobic patient. The location is excellent, and you can reach the downtown area. The boss is very considerate and helped to extend the check-out time. It is really great, and the swimming pool is also very nice.

A great hotel with friendly staff. Only a couple of minor hick ups. We stayed for two nights, but room service never checked our room; made our bed, changed our towels or refill the mini bar. That was no big deal to us. Great breakfast, friendly staff, big rooms and nice location.

Stylish hotel, at first glance and from the photos I found it very appealing. The room was not clean, the bathroom extremely unkempt. Housekeeping poor! It's a shame, but I wouldn't want to stay there again, even for free!

Around 20 of us met on the top of Hotel Sico for the monthly Tinkers dinner and it was quite a successful evening. I ordered a chicken cordon bleu which was very good and presented in a novel way. For those who are interested, going up the stairs requires 85 steps!

Good Hotel, I was Impressed with the first impression, Rooms are Cozy and comfy. Lots of ants in the bathroom. Not an issue when I understand its nature and Hotel team attended rightaway and solve the issues. At my checkout, I paid everything. Settled my bills, asked them to store my luggages for 2 hours, as I wanted to do sightseeing and lunch before heading to flight. We stopped by reception twice, once we were waiting for the vehicle we simply asked for a glass of water, even the staffs reconfirmed if we want a glass or bottle.. we clearly mentioned that we need a glass of water. They brought us a bottle of water, which is very nice, excellent and we loved it. After checkout we went out, due to traffic we came back to Hotel in rush, worrying that a minute wasted might miss our flight. It ruined my whole impression with the hotel when the staff member came running behind me mentioning I have a billed to settle, I asked her what is the item to pay since I have settled all my Bill's. She had no clue, started calling her colleagues, while I kept saying I might miss my flight. Make it hurry, at the end because of the hotel service I wasted my time to pay for a bottle of water which is misunderstandings or the hotel, served us a bottle when we asked for a glass, fine if they charge for a glass. Not a problem to pay but the charges should be presented and asked to pay rightaway when they know that we are checkout and ready to go. Just running behind me for payment of a water bottle, irritated me alot and changed my whole impression of the stay. Nice hotel, if you want good comments and to be popular in the city with the tourists. Need to train the team of what service is. Its definitely not the Receptionist fault. Management should train them, be available to make decisions when it's related to customers experience. Or empower the Receptionist in decision making. I have no problem paying for a bottle of water when I have paid alot more for my accommodation and food there.. but last impression was spoiled from their own mistake.

Very friendly and helpful staff, couldn’t ask for better. The hotel is relatively new. The rooms are of good size with everything workin. I couldn’t say much on the TV for the English speaking folks. The hot water is mostly warm, but fine for a shower. The Wi-Fi is slow at time, but works well the majority of the time. The location is close to perfect with distance from the main road so quiet, but a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice place to stay.

Upon arrival we were greeted warmly, treated to juice and given cold wet towels. That's where the positives end. They took a deposit of $50. An hour later, the Internet stopped working, which they tried to repair, start, and whatever they did with it. As a result, they brought a router into the room configured for a different Wi-Fi network. For some reason, in the bathroom there is only one toothbrush for two. The corners are full of cobwebs (number 124). There is a yellow dried tree on the balcony. The air conditioner works on its own wavelength and only the on and off control is controlled from the broken remote control. At 6 am we had to leave for the airport. At 5.35 the lights went out in the room. The reception could not be reached by phone. Moreover, upon check-out, it was not possible to get a deposit from the reception, since no one was there at 6.15. This is a terrible hotel, incompetent and negligent. It’s good that the transfer was not ordered at the hotel (it was refused on time).
