Instead, he looks into your private suitcases. I lost 20 pounds on the last day and I reported the matter to the manager, unfortunately no one was bothered by it. I didn't receive any apologies, as if it was completely normal for hotel staff to rob you and rummage through your suitcases. There are little bugs crawling on the tables in the restaurant, which is very discouraging, to put it nicely. There is a swimming pool, but you can't use it because the gentlemen from the staff are making a spectacle of you. Very weak Wi-Fi also disappears every few hours and you have to enter an additional code if you have it. But if you work at 1 a.m. you don't have the code, you don't have the Internet. And so every day. Sometimes I managed to get an additional code at the reception. Unfortunately, room service took the code away. Basically, the service sometimes entered the room just to add toilet paper. The floor was cleaned on the 3rd day at my express request because there was a lot of dust and long black hair from previous guests. I have the impression that the duvet has not been washed at all and there is no pillowcase on it. However, there were visible stains on the pillowcases. There are large ants in the bathroom, so when you sit down on the toilet, you are immediately covered with them. They bite very much. There is no shelf for cleaning products in the shower.
