Brilliant beach location with a very clean pool. Family run business making you feel comfortable. Food good, room very clean. Staff very attentivecand eager to help. Wifi excellent downstairs. Would recommend this hotel.

Everyone, including the front desk staff, is kind and smiling. It's not a hotel beach, so there are vendors, but you can just ignore them. There is a pool. The shower water pressure is weak. The toilet water pressure is good. Toilet paper is provided. You have to bring your own soap. Bath towels are provided. There are a lot of ants.

My wife and I deliberately chose the Topaz Beach for an overnight stay as it was close to where we were spending our evening. The room, with A/C, was acceptable but the electric shower was very weak. The breakfast was reasonable for that class of hotel and, because we got a good deal, we would possibly stay there agin.

We stayed 3 nights in this establishment from December 30, 2022 to January 2, 2023 in order to spend New Year's Eve on Negombo beach. The only quality of the hotel is its location and its sea view swimming pool. Big disappoin**ent in the cleanliness of the room and its dilapidation. The room is large but dirty, the sheets are grayish and have holes, the towels the same. The room is infested with termites which have eaten away the doors. My cleaning is not done every day. Breakfast is not good, a chemical fruit juice, coffee or tea, 4 slices of bread with butter and jam and a mini plate of fruit. Compare to other hotels it is very limited. The staff is very kind and smiling. What a shame that this establishment is not maintained. Unfortunately we cannot recommend it

I do not usually stay alone in hotels, however every one from the driver who collected me from the airport to the reception staff and room staff were all so kind and friendly. Food excellent delicious. Staff always helpful. I would stay here again.. Beach golden sands just next door. In fact I M returning here before I leave. Would recommend to my friends.
