Negombo Boutique Hotels

The hotel is very good, I set the annex, it is opposite, noisy along the street, but the rooms are relatively clean. In addition, you can enjoy all the equipment in the main building. The swimming pool is nice and the hotel has a private beach which looks great. The service staff were very good. Breakfast is very generous, single room set, but with children, only 850 rubles (33 yuan) for half-price breakfast. The next day I stayed at the Jetwing lake hotel under Lion Rock, great!

We had an amazing holiday in this beautiful resort. Staff were so helpful and friendly. Room was well equipped and comfortable with all the amenities. Nice sea view rooms. This is the best place in negambo if you search a relaxing holiday. Pool and surroundings are amazing. Restaurant staff were friendly and always with a smile. Special thank to chathuranga. The hotel as a whole is very formal in Sri Lanka, the service is good, the restaurant is affordable and delicious, we have eaten 100 people per person for many days, can add an extra bed, very close to the airport, about 6 kilometers from the beach, but the beach in Langka How about lying in the hotel pool?

The booked big bed room has become a standard room. It doesn't matter because it is a transfer night! The front desk of the hotel was very warm, although it was a little problem, but with the help of Ctrip, it was solved quickly! The hotel is very simple, simple, cool! The facilities in the room are basically complete, but there is no toothbrush. It is good to bring it. After getting up in the morning, I found that the passengers are basically European and American passengers. Two swimming pools, one is attached to the lagoon, the scenery is good! Breakfast was good, because I only stayed in Sri Lanka for one night, so there is no comparison with other hotels! The view is really good!

This was my third stay at the Goldi Sands, honestly, the last time was nearly 20 years ago but I had such a great time back then I had high expectations. In the intervening 20 years, the hotel has had a revamp, double the size, double the number of swimming pools, added an elevator and they've removed the beach-fronted bungalows. All of which I think was a smart move and well worth doing. What has changed is the service and the catering. The staff are of course all very polite just that they didn't go the extra mile like they used to. We arrived late as our flight had been delayed, all I wanted was a couple of bottles of beer, they did arrive but I almost had to beg. I booked a taxi to the airport with the front desk, but they forgot, the waitresses at dinner were all about the hard upsell rather than serving. The breakfast as far as my memory serves me used to be awesome, today's breakfast is the same every day and lacks imagination, is poorly presented, and includes the worst coffee ever. The hotel has a confusing number of tariffs from all-inclusive to room only which means if you want to buy a drink it takes forever as they have to check your ”status” and then if you pay cash they have to go to the cashier as they carry no float. The rooms are a good size, clean and comfortable but basic. All in all it is still a good hotel to choose but sadly it is no longer in the memorable category.

Прекрасное место, чтоб остановиться в Негомбо! Особенно после перелета)) ОЧЕНЬ близко к аэропорту (15 минут на туктуке)! Красивая приотельная зона, просторные комнаты! Есть все необходимое для комфортного отдыха! Вкусный ресторан Sasha в пяти минутах ходьбы от отеля! Супермаркеты, сувенирные лавки, длинная береговая линия в 5-15 минутах на тук-туке! Вкусный завтрак был включён в стоимость! Хозяин отеля-Уди, прекрасный человек! Очень вежливый, участливый, супер-отзывчивый, всегда поможет, ответит на все вопросы, сделает все, что в его силах, чтоб ваш отдых в отеле был замечательным! Обожаю это место, людей! We had ourHome Coming function at Arena Artorium, Avenra Garden, Negombo with about 350 guests. They have made it unforgettable and it was nicely organised. Staff were really helpful and nice. Event Cordinator, Mr Ibrahim, gave us a remarkable service. Rooms were also up to the standards and with all the amenities. Food was mouthwatering and delicious. Recommended.

I booked a deluxe king-bed room to make it more comfortable for me to sleep alone. The guy at the front desk made it into a twin-bed room for me. After communicating with me, I quickly changed the room. The facilities and equipment are quite old. When booking this hotel, don’t book it on Ctrip The reservation for dinner and breakfast was a group that was not delicious. The Western food at the restaurant for an extra fee is still available and the price is not expensive. It is just too close to the seaside. Sometimes there will be power outages. Sometimes the lights will be on and the air conditioner will automatically turn off (I guess the voltage is insufficient) , there is also a jewelry store on the first floor of the hotel, don’t buy it, they are all jewelry with high water content! When I left at the end, I piled a pillow mountain of tips on them (just 1,300 rupees).

I paid for this hotel booking site and stayed at the hotel I was charged for my stay. I showed the image of the receipt from the app, explained it, and asked for a refund. I made a bill payment together with a tuk-tuk, Because the tuk tuk was priced high for reasons I don't understand I didn't get the full amount paid for the hotel. The owner didn't know I had paid. and answered. Why did you make a reservation by paying with a card from the app site? It was a pity that it was difficult to understand whether it was answered like that and what kind of mechanism it is 😢
