Merrils is the best for us, the Staff is wonderful, it was great to see employees from our 2018 visit, COVID has really hurt the Resort industry, they were very thankful we are traveling to Jamaica. Our rooms are the beach front , there are only four. they have everything needed. Food is plentiful, don't expect gourmet, it is simple. Beach is clean and a welcome to leaving busy work atmosphere. The grounds are maintained w/ lots of care. The security staff on the beach are courteous and helpful to get unwanted solicitations to leave. Can't wait for our next visit.

Small resort located directly on the beautiful Seven mile beach. The resort is very basic and the rooms are old and in need of updating. We had a lovely balcony looking out over the resort garden which was well looked after. White beach and Caribbean sea. The food was really great and always varied, from breakfast to dinner and the waiters were super nice It was always possible to drink cocktails at the beach bar, but I would suggest making them with fresh fruit since it never fails, instead the guy often used random syrups for do first. Professional SPA girls, we indulged in quite a few massages. Overall if you are looking for a simple place to relax and spend your vacation on a beautiful Caribbean beach I recommend it. Furthermore, by going out you can reach the village, the rick's café and make many other excursions.
