"Its a small property recently refurbished and located on the beach.Rooms are well appointed with very comfortable bed. Bathrooms have very attractive decor with good shower and adequate toiletries. A nice touch was the make up towel! Staff are pleasant and courteous from gate security, reception to restaurant waitresses. Had the vegan callaloo for breakfast and it was delicious! Oatmeal was enjoyable too. Blended fruit punch was just right- flavourful and not too sweet. Didn't have dinner so can't comment on that but restaurant service was a bit slow. Met the Owner and she was very warm and personable. Would definitely recommend and will be back."

"Well… We just got back, and those glowing reviews are absolutely deserved. The Caves truly defines what a “boutique hotel” is and should be. With so few guests and rooms, you’re in for nothing but leisurely relaxation. The quality of service and the level of attention you receive are incredible. I could name every one of our waiters and staff—they all deserve high praise for taking such amazing care of us. We stayed in the Stardust Cottage. Slightly separate from the main part of the already small hotel, it was a big part of our unforgettable experience. If it’s available and you have the chance to indulge, it’s pure bliss. The balcony, perched above a small but gorgeous cove where you can swim and snorkel alone, the sunsets from that balcony—everything there felt intimate and romantic. The staff also went out of their way to bring us breakfast, which we enjoyed immensely. Speaking of food, we ate incredibly well. Fish, steak, and Jamaican dishes were all phenomenal. If you get the chance, don’t miss the candlelit cave dinner. On top of the delicious food, you’re taken to an incredible setting—it’s a must. It’s true that the hotel shows its age in a few places, but the beautiful grounds, the unique rooms tucked away in various nooks and crannies, and the breathtaking cliffside location far outweigh any minor flaws. Book it—you won’t regret it."

"Absolutely had the best time at Rock House! There is not one thing I didn't love, and would recommend it in a heartbeat. Our room was the least expensive, and while small, met our needs. One day I'd love to stay in one of the villas overlooking the sea! Housekeeping was excellent. The grounds are expansive and the cliffside views and access to the water is amazing. You can just sit on a lounge chair all day looking out over the water. The staff is all gracious and wonderful. The guests are from all over, and everyone was kind and friendly. Rock House throws in a little extra something every day - one day a complimentary short massage, another day was free drinks by the pool, and every day we enjoyed happy hour from 5-6 p.m. Sunsets were awesome. Location was great and we walked to nearby restaurants - Sips and Bits, Ericka's, and Xtabi. Had breakfast at Rock House which was tasty. The location allowed us to get out and support more local businesses."

"The place initially had ac amd internet, but both went out after my husband arrived. He was staying at this hotel due to the recent hurricane stopping his electricity and they said they had electricity. When I attempted to contact the supervisor about changing his room , I continuously got hung up on and the front desk rep stopped answering my calls. I would never suggest anyone to stay at this hotel, and my family and i would never stay here again."
