Couples Swept Away

The property was clean. The food was excellent. There were a few workers in the food areas that made you feel as though your a burden. Service was VERY slow. Bar tenders and servers were fast but not when it came to being waited on or being served. No entertainment in the evenings. Swim up bar is small. Don't order an omlette - it will take a half hours to 45 min

It was very pleasant stay. Staff friendly and polite. Good variety food. Nice room with beautiful balcony but it was a bit dark. Needed more lighting.

Spent a day at the resort with a day pass. Very clean and welcoming. Staff is very courteous & attentive. Property and amenities top notch. Food & drinks same. Special shout out to Ms Karen Davis and her staff. Professional. Thanks to all for a great day.

2nd time at Couples Swept away and hopefully will not be our last. A wonderful shout out to all the staff, their very hard work gave us all the chance of a wonderful, stress free and very happy holiday. Thank you so much Just one little thing.... whilst we were there in April, there were a few very obnoxious loud Canadian/American people who took over the jacuzzi many evenings until 8.30. pm leaving everyone around without the choice of sitting quietly on their balconies after dinner.. it happens doesn't it.

We have been to csa for 8 times, including this trip. The last time we visited was in 2017 and we have noticed many changes, some not good at all. Positive change was the coffee bar, which had lattes and sweets. We were staying close to Patios Patio, and the resort closed it because of occupancy. We had to walk tp the Palms for the buffet, which was terrible. Patios is the only restaurant that has a made to order menu. There was one guy making omelets, but it took too long to get one, it wasn’t worth it. The coffee they now serve (a huge change for the negative) is high mountain coffee, not Blue Mountain Coffee, which they used to serve. The rum in the room is no longer branded Appleton Estates rum, but a cheap rum, made by Appleton. Seagrapes service was terrible. We sat down, after asking how to order, and no one came to take our order. We waited another 15 minutes and left. The staff did not seem as happy/playful as before, and I can’t assume why. Would not return. Spend your money elsewhere.

Fantastic holiday so far ,really nice place , only 1 think we didn't like the food that much Breakfast always the same Never change ,10 day always the same Breakfast People are nice , beautiful sunset, 😍 But please change the menu one point Overall 6/10 for the money we spend

This was our 3rd visit to Couples Swept Away. The resort is located on the beautiful 7 mile Beach. It is a long and wide beach with powdery white sand and crystal clear calm water. They provide awesome floats that are perfect for floating in the water. Motorized and non motorized water sports are included even Scuba diving which is a great value. Definitely do the snorkeling trip and the catamaran to Ricks Cafe. Super fun. The water is super calm in the morning so it is easier to do kayaking and paddle boarding before lunch. For an all inclusive I think the food is very good. Lemon Grass was our favorite this trip. Reservations are required but we walked up inquired and they were able to accommodate. Highly recommend the Martini 🍸 Bar right outside Lemon Grass. I loved the French 75. The rooms are decorated island chic reflecting soft tones and natural woods of Jamaica. The mini bar comes with sodas, beer, and juice. You also get a pitcher of water filled up each day. Now they have ice and water stations at each building which is great to fill up your insulated cup. Look for the Minibar card to fill out for personalized liquor and mini fridge options. The AC cranked out some cool air!! We were only coming up for a long weekend so we decided to do the TimAir plane from Montego Bay to Negril airport. Highly recommend, it was amazing and I’m not a good flier. It was 12 minutes and then you are in paradise. I loved seeing all the parishes we usually drive through and then all the resorts. We flew over CSA which was really cool!! If you are looking for a beautiful beach with good food and drinks, Couples Swept Away is your place. I love the new addition of the coffee shop in the lobby. Till next time…

Beautiful resort. Nice choice of restaurants. Fitness side was great (lap pool, aquafit etc.). Water activities are poor because there is always something unavailable, missing etc...(one windsurf board only, two hobbie cats though there are 4 etc.).he staff is not so friendly and quite lazy. Dive team on the contrary is superb.
