We were here one night, that was enough. It's an odd experience here, everyone helpful but a bit disorganised. Pretty average city 3 star. We had a suite which was huge but very impersonal. Breakfast all ok but comical and more like a badly run staff canteen. We enjoyed our stay here mostly as we were laughing all the time.

C’est un grand immeuble moderne sur la place centrale à côté de la cathédrale. Une architecture bien conçue autour du patio central abritant une grande et agréable piscine. Les vastes chambres bien équipées ont toutes un balcon donnant sur la place ou sur la piscine. Le restaurant pratique des prix corrects avec une nourriture mixte internationale et colombienne. Le petit-déjeuner copieux et varié est servi individuellement, pas de buffet faute d’un nombre suffisant de clients. La ville de Neiva n’ayant que peu de charme, il n’y a pas beaucoup de touristes mais l’hôtel maintient un service très attentionné.

It's not dreadful but it's not great either. Whilst it's no problem, beware no English is spoken. Staff are friendly. We had a suite, it was huge, but quite minimalist. It was clean and the King bed was comfy. Everything worked. Bathroom as average as the rest. But it's utterly soul less. There is a snack bar by the pool, food is cheap but not very nice. Breakfast was fine but a bit like being in a works canteen. We were here one night. Really it's a business hotel.

Hotel Neiva Plaza is located at Downtown Neiva, it is a nice place to stay, rooms are spacious and comfortable with a big closet and an electronic safe box. Bathrooms are equipped with hair dryer and complementary utilities. There is clock-radio and beds are really nice

We stay here when we have the opportunity to visit the family in Neiva, usually for 2 weeks at a time. Due to Covid, this has been the first time in 2 years. Good stuff was the room and incredible housekeeping staff. Food and beverage staff was also great, though I miss the days when they had a chef. New a/c in the room was not as good as the old ones, perhaps undersized. Hot water was great in the mornings but not so good in the afternoon. What I really missed was the daily greetings from the front desk and related service. 99% of the time they were buried in their computers (or phones) and did not acknowledge us as we came and went. This was the only thing that prevented me from giving them 5 of 5. I’ve just retired as an executive with Four Seasons, Hilton, and Omni Hotels, so I’m a little picky. FRONT DESK, pick up your heads and connect with your guests!

The hotel is dated and it looks sad and abandoned. Breakfast is of poor quality. Swimming pool looks old and does not look appealing. Rooms are small and dated. The location of the hotel is right in the center of the city. It is an area that is full of shady characters. It looks scary. Everything near the hotel closes early. Hotel does not look nice as it looks in the pictures. In general, I can’t recommend this hotel. I can’t recommend Neiva either.
