"Lovely little hotel in Neiva. I stayed for two nights so I could visit the Tatacoa desert and found it to be great value for money. Does it have a restaurant? No but there are restaurants everywhere, including next door. Does it have WiFi? Yes, stronger than some higher priced hotels I've stayed in. Does it have a pool? A small plunge pool which I would have used had I been here longer. Despite me not knowing much Spanish and the hotel not knowing much English, a smile and laughing soon made us understand each other. The bed was super comfortable and I'd have no hesitation in coming back."

"We were here one night, that was enough. It's an odd experience here, everyone helpful but a bit disorganised. Pretty average city 3 star. We had a suite which was huge but very impersonal. Breakfast all ok but comical and more like a badly run staff canteen. We enjoyed our stay here mostly as we were laughing all the time."
