En general aceptable. Habitación cómoda y servicio aceptable. Desayuno completo y agradable. Lo único es que el parqueadero está a 1 cuadra del hotel y cuando llegamos no había espacio. Tocó esperar hasta que saliera un vehículo para poder estacionar.

Stayed here overnight on a road trip, so I unfortunately lost the time to get to know Neiva. The hotel is located right in the centro and seems to be surrounded by many points of interest and restaurants. I arrived late, around 9 PM and the entrance was secure, the desk attendant was attentive and followed great safety protocols and was helpful. Good experience even for a limited stay. The bed/room was quite comfortable, too.

This hotel was probably quite nice in the 1970s but it has fallen significantly. Problems included: * When we called in advance, they assured us they had hot water. They did not. * The rooms are supposedly equipped with lock boxes for valuables. The first one did not work. They brought another, and the key broke in the lock when I tried to open it. They said they would bring another but it never showed up so we were left without a lock box. * The included breakfast was weak. Unripe watermelon followed by adequate scrambled eggs. * The location is good and bad. It's in the city center, but the center is somewhat decrepit with homeless people sleeping in the park. * Four remotes are required to operate the television. An employee explained how to use each. In the end, the television signal kept fading in and out and we gave up. On the plus side, the air conditioning was very strong.

Es un hotel muy costoso para lo que ofrece. Abrí la nevera de la habitación y había comida podrida ya que la nevera estaba desconectada. La tv no tiene canales de cable, solo nacionales, el aire acondicionado da directamente a la cama así que es incómodo usarlo y la ducha no tenía agua caliente y la regadera no tenía aspersor, así que el agua es un chorro frío con demasiada presión. Muy incomodo
