服務：很差勁，我在手機上面訂房間的時候就説明瞭要升房間，到酒店前台告訴我已經升房了，我還特意詢問了一下，前台很肯定的説升了，去房間放下行李一看。根本就沒有升，下樓去外面吃了點東西逛了一圈回來。我又去前台問，前台還是説升了，直到我明確的説酒店沒給我升房，前台才説沒有升級的房子了，要不明晚再給你升房。無語=_=！不想給我升就明説。回房間在手機App看到升級後的房間還有在賣！！！有點噁心🤢到了！第一次遇到這樣的酒店！
