The reception is friendly, easy and effective. The guesthouse is clean and beautiful. The linen is from top standard. I enjoyed the breakfast and home cooked dinner. A home cooked dinner is welcomed after a week on the road. The guesthouse changed his name to An Exclusive Guesthouse but is the same friendly staff working. The guesthouse was revamped and repainted this year.

This was a real gem of a place to have found! The bed was so comfy I overslept! The hostess was lovely and caring and very accommodating. Even though it's in the middle of a suburb, right across from a park, it was quiet and peaceful

Service/quality vs nightly rate overpriced: First room aircon did not work, second room shower tap was outside the shower and was difficult to mix hot/cold water, it was either/or, a seasoned guest should not need to figure out how it works. Damp/mold in shower. Fixed meals, no à la carte menu, if your vegan, halal, gluten intolerant or allergic you will have no meal options.

Large spacious rooms and good staff service. The close proximity to Nespruit centre is convenient. However, the open showers with no glass door or side walls, leaving the bathroom floor wet and slippery afterwards, is not for me.

Thank you for the excellent service and reception when we arrived at the guesthouse. The room is stunning and very comfortable. Thank you so much for the great breakfast. We were well informed and felt safe and our vehicle was secure.

On our arrival we were welcomed very friendly ,we we taken to our room that was smelling very nice, the rooms are nice and big and it was equipped with all the right stuff, very nice place to stay, friendly, nice rooms and good food.

Would recommend for any business or pleasure trip when in Nelspruit. Worth the price Staff very professional Secure parking, Rooms are large clean and sanitized. Rooms are business friendly and well set up.

I enjoyed being assisted by friendly management who always check on guest each and everyday. I had a peacefully stay at your guesthouse. I wish i could come again with my family since it cheap and safe to be there.
