We have always found the Central Plaza a great price to stay but just in the last year I think I have upped their game. Very friendly, affordable, comfortable and they have kept the mozzies down somehow. And the pool is an oasis in the hot months. Highly recommended.

I stayed at Hotel Central Plaza with my friends yesterday. I’ve been to this hotel before, but now it’s under new management. The service was always good, but it’s even better now. The food, staff service skills, and view are superior to what they used to be and better than Siddhartha and Salty hotels. The staff are great, especially Ms. Pabitra Basnet at the front desk. Her manner and communication were excellent. I wanted to stay longer but had to return to Kathmandu for work.

I stayed at Hotel Central Plaza with my friends on August 15, 2024, and we were thrilled with the service and delicious food. The garden area was lovely, and I enjoyed the view. Although we were scheduled to arrive on August 14, Ms. Pabitra Basnet kindly called to confirm our flight details and arranged a car to pick us up from the airport. We were also given a great room. I truly appreciated the hospitality. though I wished to stay longer, I had to leave the next day due to work commitments, but Alina’s sister gave us a warm and cheerful farewell.

Feels right at home. Have some space for improvement in service, but environment and the connection you create there is something else. @Manisha Pokhrel and other front desk staff for my best experience. I also enjoyed the food,makes you feel warm and happy. @Head chef Gopal Karki
